Hi Everyone.

I am a mother of two boys and have been in the internet working world for the past 10 years. I am trying to start a dialog with my current company Video Professor on working from home. I am aware of the advantages and disadvantages of working from home but I am interested in how other's have been able to open a dialog with their employers. Some of the advantages are less commute, more productive working environment (less distractions) and happier employee because I am closer to kids. Any suggetions or input on how to make this more interesting of a work solution for my employer would be appreciated.

To all you working mom's in the workforce, hang in there. I know what you are going through. Maybe we could use this forum post to start a dialog about how to better balance work and home life. Any suggestions ladies?
