Hello everyone. I am wondering if someone could give me some advice on how to go about this little dream that I have...

I am wanting to sell small, home-made crafts on my site. I have the crafts ready to go, the shopping-cart, the traffic and the demand...but I am a little scared to start selling.

My main goal is to keep the IRS off my back and go about this legally...what should I do? Do I trademark/copyright everything and then get a DBA name?

I will be using paypal for the moment...do you know if there are any legal issues to this as well as the whole concept of selling something that I make online?

Any advice will be appreciated.

Well to get you started I would say give ebay a try to see if you get anyone buying your crafts while you work on getting the paper work in order. Make sure you create a about me page if you give ebay a try. As well as your own website good luck.
