Vishal,
The new logo is tasteful and impressive. You can tell from the graphic alone that the site has something to do with working from home. That suggestion is reinforced by the text. The selection and size of the font adds balance. Together they communicate authority without being loud.
Also, having it linked to the forum index adds another convenient navigation option.

Hi Jason
I get my logos done through www.gotlogos.com. For $25 a logo, they are very cheap. However not every time do I get pleased with their design and have to do tweaks on my own, like changing color, fonts etc.
I started my online career with a course on web designing and programming, so I know enough about working with graphics and programming.
It really pays to be knowledgeable about these things. I don't have to run around anybody to get things done!

I like the logo too- I have uses the surelogos guys too- they know there stuff and are good with it.

I like your logo.
Perhaps your market is a little different from ours in South Africa. When I designed our new website, it didn't even occur to me to buy / commission a logo.
We created it ourselves; that way, all the tweaking gets done up front, and we ended up with exactly what we wanted, within 2 hours.
Just joined - I like your forum, and I like the member posts; this looks like a great community.
