I'm taking "lillianrose's" side on this one!! Guys seriously---->DIETS ARE FADS!!! The day America wakes up and smells the coffee, the obesity rate in the U.S.(which is up to 73% of americans now), will diminish rapidly!!! The answer is NUTRITION folks. Its been here since the beginning of time! Join the RVLution!!! Get off the couch and turn off the DARN TV!!
Use various nutritions which help you to loose some weight also take regular checkup for how much weight you should loose.
You have to make up your mind you have to change what you have been doing to be more active and walk and change what you eat at meal time. I start my morning with 30 grams of protein and with oatmeal and that is the beginning. Because at one time I was over 300 lbs. and could not walk because of my MS. and now down to 190-195.
I have been doing insanity workout with my girlfriend and so far we are getting results. We have been cutting sugar as well in our meals. I believe diets are just fads, being healthy is a lifestyle and a life long commitment. If you want to be healthy, then make a commitment to stay healthy.
Cutting out sugar knocked 10 lbs off my body in a hurry. No diet programs, just cut the sugar and white products (flour, white rice, potatoes, etc...). The first 3 days were tough, but after that, the cravings were gone and I felt better than ever! When you look better and feel better, the desire to exercise comes naturally!
Healthy way to loose weight is do proper exercise with proper diet.Secondly make a habit of drinking green tea twice a day that will keep you away from all kind of diseases and will also help you in maintaining weight.
Losing weight the healthy way takes a lot of hard work. It is achievable, but you must be willing to work hard at it. If you go go diet, you may lose the weight, but soon enough the weight will creep back on you. Like people say "steady and slow" wins the race. You can pretty much say the same thing about weight loss. When you lose the weight slowly, you are able to keep the weight off longer than if you were to lose the weight quickly. Obviously losing weight is a lifestyle change. By that I mean 1) eating healthier-adding more vegetables and proteins to your diet. Cutting out juices/sodas and drinking more water. 2) Exercising- I know a lot of people have a lot of problems with exercising, but honestly when you start sweating and seeing the weight come off you will be glad that you started. When you start seeing the weight loss you will want to continue with whatever it is that you are doing. Its only the start when you don't see the weight loss that people don't even want to do it in the first place. Good Luck
I just kicked the soda habit finally going strickly water... Got a gym membership and been feeling great!
I'll tell you what, go jogging every day (at least for 15 min) and eat less. The first week will be super stressful, but then you'll feel even comfortable doing all these. After a while you'll see how many miles you need to run a how much food you need to eat either to lose fat or just keep yourself in shape) And run with music, it will do the magic)
Try eating only 1500-1800 calories a day with exercising every other day! you'll average about shedding 1.5-2 lbs a week!
A healthy diet and exercise is extremely important to lose weight, however for many people it's not enough and nothing else they ever tried works and that is because many people has developed various health issues that is making their body hold onto the excess fat therefore nothing will ever really work until you can address the cause. And for many, the cause of those issues is due to poor digestion. Food stays too long in the stomach allowing toxins and new fat to form and build up in our body. The reason we develop poor digestion is because we don't get enough digestive enzymes from the food we eat. When you get the proper enzymes, your body will quickly digest food the way it should and absorb only the vital nutrients and your immune system will get stronger putting your body in the position where it's healthy enough so it can let go of the excess fat and lose weight.
I would suggest nutritional cleansing to rid your body of toxins to give yourself the healthiest chance of losing weight...body fat, not lean muscle! I am an independent associate for Isagenix and would be more than happy to discuss goals and options if you like?
juicing the greens folks. get the micro nutrients and cleanse . Stay on it with a little exercise. don't believe me. just watch "fat, sick and nearly dead"
I could just say proper intake of food at the right time and having a brisk walk every morning will keep you in shape!
