How do you Meditate?

    I am reading a book called the blue truth. Interesting, but would be more so if he did not say teh word "open" 80 million times. Read the secret too, both good.

    I breath in and imagine I am breathing in all the crap and hold it and embrace it for a minute, then I breath out and imagine it going into space. I do this at night before going to sleep on my back in the dark with the fan going as well. I am usuall asleep or very relaxed by the 10th breath on a good day, but if there has been any anger or stressful day, it may take longer. Moral here, my mind eventually clears, may be 100 breaths, but it clears.
