Hello everyone,

If you opened an account with PayPal between October 1, 1999 and January 31, 2004, you may be entitled to a payment from a recent class action settlement.

The lawsuit entitled In re PayPal litigation, Case No. CV-02-01227-JF (PVT) was granted preliminary settlement approval on June 12, 2004. PayPal has agreed to pay $9.25 million into a settlement fund, from which payments will be made to honor claims, pay attorneys' fees and cover administrative costs.
