'cos every Home-based, online job I see on the internet asks for money. Seems to me like spam.

I mean, real jobs pay money without any initial investment.

I am looking for an online job which pays by paypal and doesn't need any initial investment.

Please help me for finding a job like that.

The answer to your question depends on whether you want to have a home based business or an online job. Any home based business or regular business will have start-up costs. An online Job is different. There is no start-up costs but it is still a job. It is not how much it costs but how much it pays. Its a jungle out there, I know. But there are real opportunities and real work at home opportunites. If they are looking for money from you to start, chances are that it isn't what you are looking for. Your best bet is per sale and per lead programs that pay high commission. There are many of these that do not require fees to start.

Many of them are scams and many ask for for $15.00 to get started. There's a high chance the work they want you to do is just to advertise.
