Collecting money from online auctions sales.

Hello, I have a qustion that i must have answered before I start doing online auctions. I live in Trinidad and I was wanted to know if I can have a family member who lives in Canada to open an account with Paypal, in order to collect the funds that are made from sales. This family member would kind of act as a second party in my intrest. The reason for this is because Paypal does not operate in Trinidad and it would be hard for me to collect the funds from sales. The other thing is that I would really like to avoid the online fraud that may occur when credit cards are being used. Also, is there any other method of collecting my sales other than using credit card?
