I'm going to be finishing the last section of my training today, so the next thing I need to do is sign up for the webinar. What exactly happens at this ShopNBC webinar? Is there anything I should be prepared for, or is this just a sit and listen kind of thing? I'm new to this whole thing, it's my first skill, so any heads up would be nice. Thanks

All of the other webinars were basically sit and listen but I have not done the shop nbc one yet. I am scheduled to do it Thursday. Some are taking it today and should give us the 411 about it later.

Vagabond, Khirst22, and Eber3,

Ok, I took the shp nbc webinar it is relatively easy. Vagabond don't wrry no role-playing and I think we will like this line because I was told at the webinar that we are not sales we are captured order only... meaning all we do is take orders is not our job to do any upsells. Great! rebuttals are not necessary and vertabims are the only thing we would read if it populates. So, I really think we will catch on fairly quickly. Any other ?ss I've might of not answer shoot! OH and Vagabond the webinar took longer that I had expected (chaos here) I am in the middle of packing because I'm moving to a house this weekend coming up! I promise though as soon as I get a chance beginning this week I will pm you we thorough details on the MT course I just started k.

about 1hr 1/2 but mostly she just went through the details on how to use the oracle/ade and somethings we had on the training is nt update so it's actually easier to do. For example they prefer that all canceling of orders should be dealt with customer service so she said it's best to transfer cust. directly to cs when canceling orders and some other details which you guys will find out on the webinar. and I'm so happy too we get to share details on everthing that need support from cool Thanks Vagabond it's a huge house and I'm very happy is a lot of work (now I need to buy furniture cause the home I'm in is very small) and the house I'm moving into is huge....I'm gonna hear my echoe in there lol anyway furniture will come in no time. anyway, I'm just letting you guys know I really think we are going to like this line a lot it looks stress free.
