So I'm sitting here trying to check my pc requirements and it's saying that i have the wrong version of centrix & that i need to uninstall. I don't see centrix anywhere in programs. can someone please tell me what i'm missing? thanks!

Yeah,
You should call the company and see what they are saying. They must have tech support there for them to help you.
