Hello! I resigned from my skill, but I'm still an inactive employee. From time to time, they send out emails for skills that need to be fill urgently. Is this the way they do with all the skills or just the ones they need filled ASAP? Is there a place where I could go and apply for skills?

I'mworking as a contractor right now, but my baby will be born soon so I am trying to set something up now so I can still work at home.

 Thanks!

usually (from what I've heard) you are invited to train in a new skill once you have shown proficiency in the one you are currently in or they have a need in a certain skill set.
