you mean that you want to submit your site to search engine like google and yahoo? you can go here http://www.submitexpress.com/submit.html you can submit your site there. hope this will help you

You can submit to DIGG and that will be much faster.

However, I would agree with Victoria that if you add your URL to Digg.com, you are likely to get indexed faster.

actually problem is - when i put in my blog in search engine, but they are not sowing my blog.
