Can't say I've used that but manual submission through PR sites can be good anyway.

I had a read of the sales copy and my only concern is that the product seems about 3-4 years old.
Of course that might not matter but it could also mean it has outdated ideas in it, hence the $19.95 price tag.
Would love to hear some feedback on this from someone who has it though...

There are plenty of free press release sites with high PR out there and is a great way to get backlinks to your website. You will get some trrafic and is a great way to brand yourself and put out wahts new in your business.[url=http://PressExposure.com][/url]

I have the copy. Haven't gotten into it to far as yet just the first few pages. It covers what a press release is and what it is not. Explaining the differences. Also has a list of occasions when you would write one. If you have any questions on these topics let me know and I will post what they have to say about it. Maybe it will help someone here. 
I will post more as I get into it more. If anyone is interested
