Thugfried: Stellar post. This could provide some worth while alternatives for nearly anyone
Hey Thanks. I went ahead and edited the list some (new list below); I reduced the number of sites a bit by going to alexa.com and looking at the traffic rank for each site, and if it was not in the top 100,000 sites traffic wise, I removed it.
I also have put (in parenthesis) the current traffic rank for each one. Keep in mind, the lower the traffic number, the better.
Also, I am bolding those sites that I think are the top contenders, based mainly on their traffic.
Here's the new updated list:
adlandpro.com http://www.adlandpro.com (29,799) adpost.com http://www.adpost.com (13,696) adquest3d.com http://www.adquest3d.com (93,701)
backpage.com http://www.backpage.com (1,800) buysell.com http://www.buysell.com (14,358)

Let's try some of these out, and see what kind of response you get.

Thank you for the list!
If anyone uses Craigslist, please read the Terms and Conditions... I read it months ago, and remember there was mention of costly fines. Sometimes, we just forget things, or policies change..so be careful. I will try some of these sites. The more the better!
Thank you again, Victoria

Absolutely love this post. Lots of information and the list of sites is great.

I think these craiglist ideas are very interesting because i had to eventually had to use another email account for them. I do not know why my ads (even though I know I didn't post the same ads) didn't work out. I will just learn to take those strategies in precaution and just be care when posting my pic ads there.

This is a great comprehensive list indeed. I didn't see any Veretekk http://1-family.com sites listed.
1-Family is the oldest and most visited classified system on the Internet. Posting is free and remote posting is allowed.
I've been using the Veretekk classified ad site for many years now. I mainly use it for backlinking in SEO campaigns, but I'm suprised how many folks read this classified ad site and end up contacting me.

Hello,
You might want to add this name to your list, http://www.eggosbase.com .....although i heard that this site is a new site having almost the same platform like olx.com. It is a great site and very easy to navigate like craigslist. You can add this to your list

Why can't I put a link into kijiji? I can on Craigslist. As in "for more...please visit (website).
I type in the website for Kijij and it turns blue, but alas is not a link. Is there a way to make a link in your ad on Kijiji?
I'd be happy with my links on Craigslist but notice I am getting more views on my ads on Kijiji.
Because I am directing potential buyers to a more geographically defined area of our site, the URL is long. No way will they re-type it in their browser. Is my only hope copy and paste? Or just relying on the click through links that Craigslist enables?

Thank you so much for this list. Can you advise me? I use a replicated website from My Online Income System and I hear replicated websites get no ranking versus original unique and created websites-True I suspect so the key is to advertise and drive traffic to your packaged site?

The best Classified Ad Site is www.usfreeads.com With the premium membership at $9.99 a month. You can place really nice ads with HTML that never expire You can't get backlinks with them but can do very well using long tailed keywords I have been using them for around 15 months now and love them It is very popular in Bum Marketing
