Has anyone tried FaceBook to market the program and services?

What kind of success are you having? How do you market on Facebook?

I haven't tried this yet myself (although it is on my "to do" list), but I would think that it should be approached as an opportunity to do some social networking. Don't approach it as a method to "sell" your product or service, but rather to "sell" yourself. Get to know people, give them an opportunity to get to know you. If you have something on your page relating to your product or service, they will ask about it as they get to know you.

Just my opinion

Lori

well facebook is a social networking platform luvinarizona so what I will do is find some like minded person e.g make money online people and make friends with them..... In my experience if you do it nicely most people will permit you to add. after that you just talk to them...
you don't market your product or service the first day..
you establish a relationship, find out what they need and market your product. that' s what I will do. It does involve more time but it does convert well.

I have just started to use facebook. I have around 10,000 friends on two myspace sites and that works great. Facebook is similiar and, from what I understand, the demographics of the folks who use it are more apt to be searching for your programs and services.

Facebook now allows network marketing ads on a pay per click basis. You can pick somewhat a targeted market to advertise to. I have had though success on facebook just becoming friends with other marketers. I use a voice blasting tool that I know that everyone needs to explode their business and create sales and many people on facebook have approached me about it and I have made sales off it. So I recommend joining as many groups as possible and friending as many people as you can. And then leave videos on fun walls etc.

just be careful on adding friends strategies, facebook now have applied an anti spam policies is you are adding friends with similar posts too many times they may issue a warning of spamming..

you may try a facebook page where not many people are doing it at the moment. I was told the page can be indexed by search engines so you have an extra web page to game about....

Social media sites like Facebook offer great potential, but not without a serious investment of time. Sure you can get a lot of "friends", but how do you monetize them? My advice is to become an expert in your area that your friends look to for information. Then you'll be in a position to refer people to companies for which you are an affiliate and/or market your own products/services.

Also consider that demographic targeting with Facebook's paid advertising is second-to-none.
