Hi all,
I am looking to find some new advertisers for my website, but the majority of the ones I can find all are PPC (pay per click) or the reader has to purchase from them before I get paid. Does anyone know of any companies that pay via CPM (cost per impression) or ones that will pay up front for their banner on your site?

There's a website that let's you search affiliate programs by pay per sale, pay per lead, pay per impression, etc. The website is called Affiliate Ranker - darn good resource.
