I am creating new website and i am a newbie, I am not sure after setting it up, customer can get the thing they purchase or not after paying through paypal. How do i can confirm before really run my website?

Hi kgloh,
Simulate the buying process by clicking the "buy now" or equivalant button. You'll see the affiliate I.D. on that page.
No need to actually purchase anything, just go through the motions.
You can also contact PayPal to confirm that it's set up correctly.
Furthermore, affiliate tracking software has a back end where affiliates can check for visits.
Between the above three methods you should be able to determine if your buy process is set up to work properly.
