If your main income is from adsense, then you should learn more about placing the ads on the right place to get more CTR and gets more income...

My main income is not from adsense, i'm promoting the affiliate products. Is it worth to have the adsense in my site. Will it decrease the chances of the my primary affiliate sales?

The ads on the left should be incorporated into the main body / content instead. People tend to ignore ads on the side...
