Uh... I thought PL was supposed to help you learn how to do all that! It is a bit overwhelming, I agree, but just follow the steps they teach you and when you get stumped, give us some specific questions so we can try to help you.
Try reading through the material and watch the videos first! There are many ways to make money but you may find that you're more at home with certain ones. Before getting a domain and hosting, try creating free blogs on Blogger or create some lens on Squidoo. Then drive traffic to them. From there you could try to make money with contextual advertising or affiliate programs.
