Hmm.........you might consider opening an offshore bank account, either in the US or UK. I think you can do this online. Try Barclays or Natwest. You will probably need to have a postal address in that country though. I think there are companies that allow foreginers to buy/rent a PO Box, so you could google that, sign up with one of them, and then apply for a foreign bank account to use for Paypal.
