Like the Honey Cheerios slogan says: "Be happy, be healthy." At least that is what I recall it saying. So, keep up the spirit. Ciao.

    Yes.

When the day is not going the way we wish, we can gradually talk ourselves into a better place.

With practice, we can really turn things around by the way we think and ultimately feel.

let me see... my day was okay - went out cutting firewood with the hubby and used some muscles that haven't been used for awhile - lol

Then took one of those long paralyzing naps where it is hard to wake up again and it feels so delicious that you sorta wish you'd NEVER have to wake up.[IMG]

Then cleaned house and got ready for company that just now left at 10 pm and believe it or not, I am ready for bed.

So it was a good full day and I am unwinding as you can see on the forum here before I go to bed.[IMG]

    Let me review my day..

Got up early and did some laundry. Then hubby and I went to a local bank to apply for a credit card.

After lunch, I went to school. It was great surrounded by students! After two months maternity leave, seeing vibrant and youthful faces is a simple blessing(which goes unnoticed if you seem them daily).

Overall, I will rate this day 8/10.

Nice day for sure. I popped back in here for one, it's been a while. I was reminded of why I am here at all. If it were not for this forum I can honestly say I would have given up, but I didn't and I see a light.

I also got my Mountain Dew (yes I am an addict)delivered to me in bed when I woke up and a back rub.

It doesn't get any better than this, it's the little things. It really is.
