Hi, I launched my site about 2 weeks ago, and I submitted my to all the major search engines. Less than a day later, I was able to find my site on Google, but Yahoo still hasn't indexed it. If anyone has any idea how long yahoo takes. Thanks.
It can take a loooooong time to be indexed on Yahoo. A shortcut is to use your URL in an answer to someone on Yahoo Answers. Obviously, only do that if your URL is relevant to answering the question! I hope that works out for you, and you get indexed fast!
Yahoo took about 2-3 weeks longer than google did.. and bing.. forget about it.. 3 pages indexed in 3 months.. it's sad really.
I have seen some websites indexed within hours before on Yahoo and once over 6 weeks, so you can really never tell , just when they can get round to it lol

It takes few days to months at times..depending on how your site is optimized. Advertise through blogs/ forums/ discussions, external linking. All this increases the probability of quicker indexing.
