How Do I make My Signature Clickable?

I have edited my signature according to the instructions but I still don't think it worked.

 

Put in your signature like this, except replace the < and > with [ and ] :

Put some text here

Now I kinda feel stupid for making the earlier post but I didn't know that it was working.

 

Don't feel too bad. It took me about three hours to upload my avatar!

 

Can someone tell me if it's possible to change the color of a clickable link in your signature?
