This is a great way to start your day. Even if you are trying to get fit, and lose fat... you can still have your pancakes! 1 cup whole wheat pancake mix 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein (ex: Designer Whey Protein) 3/4 cup of lowfat cottage cheese 1/2 cup egg whites 3 tbsp of flax seeds 1/4 cup water Blend the wet ingredients in blender until smooth, then pour it in with pancake mix and protein powder. This packs over 40 grams of protein and you get your Essential Fatty Acids from the flax seed.
