Things to keep in mind when developing your responsive "mobile friendly" site:
    1. Loading: How quickly does your site load? (This is very important!)
    2. Navigation: How easy is it for someone to navigate your site? (Have you implemented a mobile menu?)
    3. Fonts: Is the font size acceptable and easy to read?
    4. Scrolling: Do users have to scroll horizontally and/or zoom in to see any content?
    5. Media: Are there any media items, like images, videos, etc. that don't load?
    6. Links: Are your links too close to each other, or can someone easily click on one without hitting another?
Just because you have a "mobile friendly" site does not mean you get ranked high on Google; tend to the items listed above and your chances of ranking higher will increase.
