The benefits of meditation are manifold. When practicing meditation, your heart rate and breathing slow down, your blood pressure normalizes, you use oxygen more efficiently, and you sweat less.If stress has you anxious, tense and worried, consider trying meditation. Spending even just a few minutes in meditation can restore calm and inner peace. Meditation often takes practice.

Using medication or drugs to help ease stress should only be at the last resort, well even if it is the last resort it has to avoided.
There are so many methods to relieve stress, it is just a case of exploring these methods and putting them into practice, eventually you will find a method that works. Just don't immediately give up, because there are loads of people in the same situation and it is great these forums give us the chance to communicate with others in the same state!

Along with the holistic aspect of strees management which is the cure to eliminate stress, you can also have ashwagandha tea or tablet to assist in the process. Ashwagandha is an ayurvedic plant aka Indian Ginseng. But of course, check with your physician to see if it is right for you. It is available OTC.

Natural products are better, in my opinion, than addictive medications.
There are many natural products for stress that you can try. One product that we use and sell, is Hemphoria. It is formulated with hemp and we've had many testimonials on how its helped. My husband has his own testimonial now as well, he threw his prescribed meds away and doesn't just have to "sleep" now to deal with stress. It's been awesome! We call it his "happy juice".
