Hello Friends..........

Smile - the Miracle Cure to Deal with Stress in 7 seconds

When you smile the face muscles relax and stimulates a part of the brain that relaxes and makes us happy. And the best part is that you can fake it! A faked smile has almost similar effects as a real smile.

Thanks

Wow- that was wonderfully written article... making the readers smile on the first set of words!

Thank you for writing that article Vishal. There's truth in every word of it. I remembered a friend who smiles a lot and even the act of thinking about him makes me smile. That's how powerful a smile can be...

Excellent article! I so agree. A smile is therapeutic AND contagious! I get up and put on make-up, even though I'm working from home. I have to smile to properly apply my blush. That gets things started!

Also, music Helps! I use an online radio station or my I-tunes or Media Player and that reduces a lot of stress.

It's not how your smile looks from outside but how it feels from inside matters.
