I was curious as to what Wordpress plugins most bloggers use. I am currently using the Socrates theme on most sites with the following plugins:
Platinum SEO XML Sitemaps WP cache Pretty Links Sociable Easy Privacy Policy
Come on bloggers, which plugins do you use?

Wordpress really is a great platform, and for anybody thats not currently using it, you should start doing so as soon as possible.

Now that I have a few WP's under my belt, it is my "go to" instead of XsitePro.
btw, I also use:
cbnet Ping Optimizer - plug in Exit Rescue - plug in (exit pop-and works awesome)

I think I'm going to start using the Global Translator that you mentioned too. I've actually had comments recommending it.

Just2EZ: SI CAPTCHA Anti-Spam Just for fun and experiment I deactivated the SI CAPTCHA Anti-Spam this afternoon, went to the creek with 3 of my grandsons for a while and when I came back... my inbox was full of spam comments waiting to be approved. And all these years I thought nobody loved me.

It's amazing how quickly spam comments build up, it's like people are lining up waiting for any chance they can get to submit their junk. Well it's bots mainly obviously. I would not dare deactivate the nospamnx plugin i have installed on my main blog, as before i installed it i was getting hundreds of spam comments posted every day.

I monetize my blogs with adsense and CPA, and I use whydowork plugin to embed the ads in the content. Adsense integrator gave me hard time and more than once I found ads that don't belong to me and were inappropriate.

Do you use the Alinks plugin? ive found that it works ok on earlier versions of wordpress, but not the latest.
I know there must be something similar to it, any ideas?

Love WP!
It turns even complete technophobes into web designers
Don't know about Alinks - but I just have to add 301 redirects to the list - great when you want to disguise a link ..... or change a URL

Wp Autolinks is a really great plugin i recently came across, as it enables you to target keywords that appear in your posts content and turn them into affiliate links to promote related products.
My clickbank earnings have increased a lot since i started using it, so if your not using it right now, then start doing so asap!

Wp facts is also a good plugin, it adds fun informative facts to the end of each post. Plus you can signup for their affiliate program and earn commissions, as your affiliate link is displayed below each fact.

I have just purchased a killer plugin called cb cashlinks, it enables you to display blocks of keyword targeted clickbank ads in every post, and for any category you choose.
It's an absolute must to increase your clickbank commissions fast!

Akismet - protects your blog from comment and backtrack spam. I rarely get spam.
Google XML sitemaps - helps google index your blog
Thank me later - automatically sends a thank you email to those who comment on your blog.
SEO pressor - gives you a checklist to tweak your content for high search engine ranking (this one is awesome!!!)

Just2EZ: AddToAny: Share/Bookmark/Email Button I dropped AddToAny because it started acting up recently. Switched to AddThis as Vishal suggested and it is great. It gives a Dashboard view of the shares and likes. A great tool, thanks Vishal.
