aandrews: Just out of curiosity, who can tell me which "big name" personality has tried to start a Network Marketing company in the past? Also, who can tell our members how much it costs to join the Trump Network and what is the monthly outlay of cash is to have the most productive position in the Company? Since the launch date is set for Friday, November 13th (hope you're not superstitious) who plans on going to Florida and how many people have joined TT so far? I cannot think of any big name personalities, been a few big names, Zig Ziglar comes to mind, but given Trump is now a personality, he may be the first, if not only.
As to how much you have to spend to max out commissions, it may change, but $48. to become distributor, test is $100. to determine what products you are deficient in, and it is $300. CV a month to max out commissions at Executive Diamond level.
I lost count as to how many are registered, and no one knows how many are already actively purchasing, but I suspect very few as most like myself are in wait and see mode.

I just signed up and I have to say my upline is awesome. He was brought in from the beginning to help lay a foundation. We're doing online marketing to get leads and we're getting bunches. AND the system hasn't even launched yet. Wait until the nation media covers the launch on Nov 12th.

I joined about three weeks ago, and I have no previous MLM background, so as far as the comp plan is concerned i have no basis of comparison, all I can say is that the autoship starts at 100 cv and goes up to I thin 300 cv at the highest level but don't quote me on that. They are expanding the product line and I have to say aside from enrolling people the diet program is selling like crazy. They just rolled out the kid snack line and that is also selling like hot cakes. The support they are offering aside from your upline support (I'm lucky enought to have a great upline) is fantastic, there is a\a ton of training online and off, and the marketing tools they are putting in place are impressive. The cost is not out of control considering the product they are offering. I looked at several business and some were much cheaper but you get what you pay for if you ask me. It's an investment just like in any business, but you get a great brand in Donald Trump (remember when he was the spokesman for ACN? From what I understand when he featured them on the apprentice they had and enrollment of like 36,000 new members in like two months or something), they have exclusive rights to the products and not to sound like a kool-aid drinker they really are great products. He certainly wouldn't put his name on something that would cause a huge public backlash against him because he is to much of a celebrity now and can't afford to lose public approval.

You know, I like Donald and The Apprentice... I've even read a couple of his books, but the MLM that I built my business with also has a "heavy-hitter" endorsement in Dr. Deepak Chopra, but honestly as much as I thought that would encourage people to join it really hasn't.
I still earn more business by selling a quality product and showing others how I will give them individual attention to help grow their business. Dr. Chopra or The Donald aside - people want to know how they're going to make money. Those two people aren't going to be the ones to do it - anyone who thinks so, will probably fail or quit early on to begin with.
