I'm pretty sure it's not a scam but you have to go through tons of hurdles and jump through tons of hoops and spend hours upon hours doing their surveys or emails or whatever it is to just find a few I think that pay you.
But even when you find some that actually pay you, you have to build up a minimum reserve many times before they will pay you out.
In short, it's probably not a scam but they make it sound like it's easy money when it's not.
