Hey guys, recently purchased a home business kit from Todd Warren through the mail for 6.95. Received the kit (books, dvd's , etc.). After reviewing the kit, which was very professionally done, I did some searches on the internet and found absolutely nothing. Well, except that there's some musician that shares the same name all over the first page of the google search.

You guys ever heard of him?

They are in utah. There's an 800 number on the kit to call and get some help as far as learning how to make money with judgments. According to the kit I received you can make money by learning to collect on judgments yourself or you can refer them to the company and get some of the profit just for finding the deal online.

Also, you can make money with foreclosure liens, they state you can "kill two birds with one stone" by combining foreclosure liens with judgments. I guess while researching judgments online you will run into foreclosure liens which are any type of lien that's attached to a property that's in foreclosure. You make money by buying or optioning the lien from the lien owner and then when it sells at the foreclosure auction you get paid the full amount plus interest. I'm interested in the option method since you can do it without a bunch of money.

Anyone even done a judgment business or liens?

-Hey I received their same book and dvd and couldn't find anything on them either... so I called them to find out why nothign was on the internet...... they said it's because for the last 7 years they have been on training people to make money in utah and only recently went national. I personally felt like it was a perfect time in this economy for a debt business like judgments so I invested in their "Millonaire Mentoring" Program. It was expensive but they said I will recoup my investemtn quickly as along as I follow through and put in the time and effort. One interesting aspect of the millonaire mentoring program is that you literally get trained one on one and all their millonaire mentors have to meet two creiteria, one, the must be a millionaire them self , two, the must have made a minumum of 250k in personal income from judgments as well.

My mentors name is dennie, and the courses I received are very professional and comprehensive. In their judgment course I really like how it came with three differeent workbooks. One for refering deals, one for collecting on them yourself, and one for finding deals. They also have audios to facilitate the learning process as well. I guess M. Todd warren put himself through college by collecting on judgment and received a double MBA (master in business) and after getting his degree realized he couldn't make more money working for someone else. Todd Warren have been training people for about 20 years although it must have been on a small scale since there isn't much on the net about him.

I did notice the "M. Todd Warren judgment and lies system" dvd I received originally was a little old... he had a part in it where he talks about donating money to 9/11's victims family's so it must have been filmed 6 or 7 years ago.

I'm getting regular weekly appts with dennie now and I've got a few judgments assigned to me.. I'll let you know when I make some money! *fingers crossed*

Wow, I was hoping someone responded by now. So you invested in their coaching? Nice.

I noticed the same thing about 9/11 in the video.

When I called them they said that they are looking for about 2 affiliates per state then they aren't bringing on anybody else unless it's to fill a space.

Definately keep me updated with your progress. I think I'm going to do it but I'm super busy right now with moving my business.

I did talk to my attorney because I figured he would know alot about the business, he's deals primarily with trusts and financial planning. He didn't seem to know alot about it. He told me that most attorney's only know the very basic's about collecting on judgments unless it's what their main focus/business is. He did say he had a friend in law school who collects on them regularly and that he seems to be doing well financially from it... but he didn't really know details.

I think I'll call them and see what it takes to be an affiliate. I'll post what happens.

What kind of commitments we're there to be an affiliate wrenwithall?

@wrenwithall Congrats on being a part of their coaching. Looks like your are in good hands with your mentor Dennie.

I've been looking around at home businesses for awhile and Im just not sure what is right for me so please keep me posted.

Also, @bobbyj let me know if you find anything I would be interested in looking at other home biz options as well.

I just got the letter in the mail and after checking the blogs, it looks legit. I think I'm going to do this. Those of you already on your journey, is Dennie the only coach available for all states? And how much $ did you put in doing it on your own as compared to the company doing the deals? How much $ do you make when the company does them?

Hi there, to make money enforcing judgments, plan on studying a lot and a long period of working before making a profit. There are exceptions, but most people find this a get rich slow by working hard business. The most important lesson is - don't take judgments too far way, refer them to a judgment broker.
