This has to be a new low in affiliate treatment. I was not able to access my ROI account. I thought there must be some sort of glitch, so I tried the "forgot password" and got a notice that my account was "inactive." I followed instructions, but was ignored. I sent in a second request for an explanation and this is what I got as a reply:

Thank you for contacting ROI Rocket.

You have almost met our requirements to receive payment. Per the ROI Rocket Terms of Agreement, all affiliates much reach a $25 threshold before payment can be disbursed. If you need further clarification, the TOS can be found in your publisher dashboard under the tab titled "Account Info".

Please contact me if you have any further questions.

Best Regards,

Moriya Beck

ROI Rocket, Inc.

One of the things I hate most in life is when stupid people don't even bother to actually read what you wrote before firing off a reply. Just exactly how does Moriya Beck expect me to log into the account that her company cancelled? And isn't it the height of unethical business practices to cancel an affiliate's account just short of the amount required to trigger payment?

We are not talking big bucks here, but it''s the principle of the thing.

I think ROI stands for Rotten Online Integrity.

Final Update (I hope)

Co-owner Zac McGrath's business partner Matt Frary told another forum manager that my account had been closed because of inactivity, but didn't explain how it came to be that they owed me money if the account was so inactive, or how I came to get the long string of e-mails indicating that I had generated another commission.

Zac and Matt should get their stories straight before they talk to other people.

Nevertheless, the check that Zac said on May 14th would be cut and sent on May 16th was actually cut on May 30th and mailed on June 3rd.

Issue and account closed.

I started to use roirocket in January but I still haven't been paid for January yet. My account now shows I have been paid as of yesterday and yet I have received nothing (i'm set up for paypal payment). In total I am owed around $700 and I fear I may not see any of it, or if I do, it will be a long time in coming. I have not been advised that their is any issues with the leads I have generated so there is not apparrant reason for non-payment. I have been strug along so far with emails about 'payment problems'. I would recommend all internet marketers to steer clear.
