No one is saying R2R is a pyramid Scheme.

Actually YOU subliminally said this...

Quoting: jseses
EDC does not have the option of coming in as Ina puts it - an affiliate. Get it? So pyramids are not created.

Quoting: jseses
So if MRX says everyone just wants the biz opp, then why would anyone pay the $999. Everyone would just be on the $49.95/monthly deal.

Ever consider maybe the products genius?

Why would anyone pay the $999? Same reason claim to pay $22,500 for LLI, the seminars, or $11,000 for all 3 Coastal Vacations memberships, how come people front load and pay $500 a month for Xango juice...???. To get in a faster money making position? Who knows, I don't, but reputable companies, unlikes YOURS, use this model and yet have many product sales....guess people pay for a reason.

Quoting: jseses
nothing to do with what you get for $49.95.

Actually I covered that you genius...

"$49.95 a month covers to hosting of the R2R affiliate website, lead capture pages, and auto-responder system, etc...the $350 covers the SAME thing, except its unlimited, no monthly payments, its a one time admin fee..."

Oh yea, you claim paying $49.95/mo makes it a pyramid, members dont earn a dime off the admin, whether they refer product users or biz opp prospects, the admin fee always gets paid to the company and the rep never earns a dime. Its not a recruitment fee of any sort, its covering the hosting, use and license of their marketing sites, lead capture pages and autoresponder...its called a service, get a dictionary.

Let me say it again in other words - where the 'affiliate' isn't allowed to sell, and the system is designed to prohibit him/her from selling the $49.95 option

They (the member, referrer, what ever you want to call them) arent selling it you moron. They (the member) dont earn a dime on admin fees either. The new member gets a non paying affiliate under them with a potential 4 sales in the future. No one earns a thing unless a product is sold...its called retail, ever hear of that?

Again, as with any mlm or direct sales business, a person only earns commissions from products sold.

You want to act like a child, so be it! Another idiot who wants to have a go.

jseses,

I hope by this comment you weren't referring to me (though since I was the only one in deep discussion with you, it kinda sounds like you were). If that's the case, it shows your maturity level. I never resulted to name-calling with you. I actually even expressed respect for you and your opinion.

If you were by some chance not referring to me, then so be it. But realize that you have contradicted yourself once again. You seem to be against name-calling based on this statement:

Quoting: jseses
If you can't answer it then shut up. Don't call people names. Does it make you feel better Mrx?

Yet you use the tactic quite often yourself in your post to MrX, and possibly to me.

I feel that all of the questions that have been asked have been answered, either by myself in my last post to you, or by MrX. in their first post.

For the sake of all who are reading this thread, and the last time I'll try, please drop this silliness and get back to the matter at hand. It seems most like school kids going at it in a parking lot than adults having civilized conversation. Brian stated earlier that the bickering is getting ridiculous. It's not just getting there, it's long past, and it isn't solving any problems or helping anyone who may be doing research. On the whole it represents this business badly, just because it's taking place in a forum about the business.

I have businesses and team members to get back to. If anyone has questions or concerns about Roadmap to Riches, I'll be more than happy to answer them. Feel free to post here or contact me. You may also visit my website for more details.

Just wanted to make an announcement to all here. My family has reached its #1 goal! My fiancee officially quit his job this week, and he's now at home working full time with me! He will be taking over the Roadmap to Riches business, as I've got a lot of great things going on in my other program. So no doubt you'll be seeing him here and there soon! He's got just as much (if not more) experience than I do when it comes to home based business, so he'll make a great sponsor!

He'll be coming to introduce himself in due time! Thanks for all who've been supportive here, and I look forward to hearing great things about you! The discussion has been....enlightening!

So what is this Road Map to Riches course? Is it like another internet marketing ebook or something?

I had some success from both the Ultimate Wealth Package and Profit Lance Course. These two are both internet marketing courses.

Hello all! Just introducing myself! My name is Carlton Barnette (PowerAdvisor27's fiancee, I think she mentioned I'd be taking over the Roadmap to Riches business while she focuses on her success with her other opportunity). I'm excited about getting into the discussion, though I've been following for a long time. For more info on me, you can visit our website (many updates and new personal video messages from me)!

Also wanted to share some exciting news!

Roadmap to Riches has taken the 2 up comp plan into a realm that's never been explored before!

We're now offering to split all qualifying sales for new members!

That's right, now all new members can earn from their very first sales!

That means all new members who must pass up their first 2 sales now get the benefit of earning half of each of those sales! You pass up your first 2 sales but still earn $499.50 from each! If you've been considering this opportunity, now is definitely the best time to join! Earn back your investment from your very first sales!

Why is this good news? It's a way for our new members to start earning faster, instead of becoming discouraged by having to pass up sales! No other home business is doing what we're doing (though a few will probably catch on soon enough)!

If anyone has questions on our new modified 2 up comp plan, feel free to post here or send me an email! I'm also updating my site with more info!

Carlton J. Barnette

Hello all! I haven't been by to visit in a while (very busy with EDC). But my fiancee will be introducing himself shortly (has to go through the whole first-time moderator thing...).

In the meantime, I hear there's been a big announcement for the RTR program. I'll let Carlton explain, but if you're interested in more info just post questions here!

I'm officially signing out for Roadmap to Riches, as my EDC business is really picking up and I'm quite happy with it! Good luck to all I've spoken with here (friend or foe). I hope to hear about great things from all of you!

To sampsonda1,

Roadmap to Riches is not just another e-book marketing course. We sell a comprehensive digital library of personal development guides and audios designed to help people better themselves. We also offer with this product package a now unrivaled business opportunity.

For more information, feel free to post your questions or visit my website!

Just a few updates: I've produced a FAQ video (available for viewing on YouTube and my website) that answers most of the frequently asked questions about this program, and addresses some of the misconceptions that people have. I'm also offering a Co-op program with 3 levels of training and support for those not sponsored by me.

And last, I'm going to be hosting a live overview webcast event on Sept. 1st! I'll be answering questions, giving and overview of our products and business opportunity, and unveiling our new marketing system!

Hope all of you other members are doing well!

Carlton J. Barnette

Hi guys, I want to join the R2R however, since I can't afford to do the $999.00, can anyone tell me more about the Free affiliate way. As in...later on can you go in to the library? Or is it off limits if you are a 'Free' affiliate?
As well if you are a free affiliate do you still get help from your sponsor?

hi guys, i recently heard of roadmap to riches and i a also curious, i did very simple research and found that within its two month of business they are all over the web, in many directories, search engines and blogs and many outher places.

my question would be how the heck am i going to make money ADVERTISING wHEN IM GOING TO BE COMPETING WITH FELLOW R2R MEMBERS. ADVERTISING IN THE SAME AREAS WITH THE SAME WEBSITE USING THE SAME KEYWORDS and TECHNIQUES AS EVERYONE ELSE?

There really isnt an incentive to get in unless someone here can give me a good reason i would want to claw at my neighbor who joined.

I so agree with you Cratoz88

However I think its a matter of thinking outside of the box on advrtising.

Do you think it will be saturated in about 5 months from now?

Hey guys,

I'd be more than happy to answer your questions. I'll explain the affiliate program, first, then I'll explain about marketing and branding.

First off, when you join as a "free" affiliate, you will not have access to the products. If that were the case, there would be no reason to sell our product library at the $999 price. If you want to take advantage of the products, you'll have to pay for them.

Free affiliates do get the same support and training from their sponsor as a paid customer/affiliate would. We do not deny training simply because someone hasn't purchased the products. We do, however, recommend that you purchase the product because you'll have more experience when selling them to others (not to mention the personal benefits just from using them).

Now a bit about marketing this program. It is true that there are many other affiliates involved in this opportunity. When you create your own business, it will be up to you to make it personal. In order to stand out, you have to brand yourself. Create a name a culture that will be easily remember. You do not have to use the exact same websites and flash movies or market in the exact same places as others. For example, my team members each get a unique, customized marketing website with a registered domain of their choice and a custom logo as a benefit of joining my team. This will help to separate them from me and everyone else, and to brand them. Also, creativity will win out. Look for ways to market that few others are using. You don't have to spend hundreds of dollars on advertising. You just have to be creative. And that's not just for Roadmap to Riches, but any business. There are tons of cleaning products out there, but companies like Clorox and Mr. Clean have learned how to brand themselves so that they stand out.

And last, remember that there is more than enough business out here for all of us. Do you have any idea how many individuals start a home based business each day? It is said that someone joins a home business every 11 seconds! With statistics like that, there will be plenty of business for you if you join. Get with a sponsor who can actually show you how to market, and who is willing to provide you with tools to get you started. Then the rest will be up to you. Get creative, think outside the box! The more I see folks advertising for this business, the more I realize how little most of its distributors actually know about marketing. It pays to learn effective techniques, and it pays to really research the market!

If either of you have any other questions, feel free to post them. I'm always around, so they'll get answered.

-Carlton J. Barnette

And no, I don't think it'll be saturated 2 years from now! There is no shortage of customers interested in the products we sell. Just to give you a rough idea, customers who are into personal development and self help are spending nearly $9 Billion dollars a year on products, services and seminars from this industry (and it's growing steadily). There is more than enough business for us all! Again, you just need to be creative, and think outside the box!

Having been a business owner with several network marketing/internet marketing businesses I found Roadmap to Riches to be a great value because of the opportunity to earn on your first new member. Once that's done it is easy to take that income and reinvest it into advertising. A win-win situation for any internet home business opportunity. If you've been considering this opportunity, now is definitely the best time to join! Earn back your investment from your very first sales!
