I only asked about the legality because I remember some time ago reading that a program such as this has to have a product that can be resold to the public. Maybe that's not true. Just trying to get some answers here. I know there are a lot of scams out there and I would hate for this company to be shut down and people lose their money. Your response makes sense, though.

Whoa... I am NOT bashing anything. I am simply attempting to do some research. Why so defensive? Like Renn I do not want to promote something that I have not done my research on, or won't last. I explained the things that are bothering me and why they are bothering me.
I have not said Regenesis is not legit, rather I am attempting to find out if it is. It appears that the only way to find out is to join as a passive member and test out their claims. But Jason, if you do a little research, you'll see that there have been plenty of similar programs - and some that are currently running.
You can certainly research any program that I openly promote because, as you may have noticed, I do dig into it before I promote it. You see, nothing is as important to me as honesty and integrity.

LOL, my program would not attract people after a quick buck, the 47,000 is per annum and within 12 months - not the best case scenerio. I came here to see if anyone has answers to questions I have been unable to find elsewhere.

I Have to agree with Karen, I made a review on this program and took it off and now I plan to make a new one soon on my rjbsuccess channel later on youtube. This company I have heard does not take mastercard or paypal so this tells me they would not want any charge backs. Also you need to visit the direct sellers association and what they say about illegal pyramids. I have been tempted by this program, but they state you get 2 reps if you do the math to how many people it keeps growing the promise on that is going to collapse as it keeps growing! It does not take a genius to figure that out. By the way Karen I subscribed to your link

In both cases the answer is, YES - they are legal, if licensed by state
or federal government. It's the decision of government or courts that

OK, so I can see that we are going to get nowhere here, those that don't like the program Regenesis 2x2 don't have to join. Nobody here is forcing anything down anyone's throat, if you don't like what's showing on TV, change the channel. Not 1 single person has yet to say that they didn't get paid, didn't get their 2 people placed under them, or said that support won't return emails. Regenesis 2x2 is working, it's paying, it's changing peoples lives for the better. Not everything out there works for people, different strokes for different folks. I'm not going to get into an argument backa nd forth, that's not positive for anyone.
Karen, your certainly entitled to your opinion about Regenesis 2x2, but there is more good out there about it and nothing bad to say.
Quick hits about Regenesis 2x2:
Over 6000 members in a little over 100 days
They've paid out over 1 million in commissions
They are opening up an office to accommodate all the growth
There will be daily conference calls starting Monday @ noon and 3 PST
They are currently working on setting up an 800 update info line

Sure, I would take 30% off of every check you receive from Regenesis 2x2 and set it aside, assuming you are doing this passively, 1200 monthly would be 360 a month for taxes, times 12 months = 4320 taken out for taxes - the 14,400 in total sales commissions. BUT, you would also now have a write-off because you are operating a home-based business. So in the end my guess is you won't have to pay so much in taxes because of the write-offs. Of course, this is just an example and only my opinion. I would definitely consult a tax accountant for the best form of action. Hope this helps,

Thanks again for help, is there any recommendations on traffic sites for sending traffic that actually work? It's been a long while since I've tried using one and I've never had any luck with Adwords thru google or msn. 1 more thing, would buying a domain name and changing my Regenesis2x2 site to it, help?

Yes, I would definitely get a domain name for your Regenesis replicated website. It is easier to promote a name rather than a link with numbers. Traffic swarm I hear is good, also spin success. I pretty much just do videos. You can also try safelists too. There are autosurf sites out there too that you can get your website traffic to. You can PM me if you want specifics, hope this helps

Well, I decided to do this. I dont want to sponsor my friends until I see how it goes, but I am willing to get involved myself.
There are many on this thread that have joined and are doing this actively. I know you get $400 for 1CC and if you don't do anything for a month, but what about if you buy another CC? Is that just $400 or $800 a month without doing anything? Also, should I take 30% out of $400? THanks again for any help.

You will get $1200 for each CC, $400 for you cycling and $400 each for your 2 under you cycling, so in essence you get $400x3= $1200 monthly. I would take the 30% out of each check you get, weather it's $400 or $4000, everytime you get a check jsut take 30% out. Hope this helps

When you receive the Check(s) from ReGenesis, is the Envelope address from them or does it have alternate address? I just want to make sure that I know what to look for.
