Has anyone heard of this program, it sound too good to be true. Could not find reviews on line. Is it a scam or is it the real deal. Any feedback would be appreciated.

How does it sound too good to be true? Did you read all the fine print? You have to list at least 175 properties for sale or rent to get the guarantee. Each "area" you order cost you $180 and requires 175 properties to be listed. It's called hard work and is very misleading. It's a 19 level MLM system. In other words, they expect you to sucker others instead of list property. If you could get 175 listings for a local realtor you'd be a superstar.

Hi All!
I just find this post by google, searching about PW. And don't know what to think for this site I work a lot online and when I wish to start some new program I search for scam report online and can't find for this site, but on other side when I look whoi there no real data about this site so it can be identity fraud. It's not problem to find 175 listing but what if they a scam I will help them to cheat 175 family's and this is not for play.

According to the fineprint, they pay the homeowner $165 per week if the house does not sell in 12 weeks.
Where do they make their money from?
If you can make 400,000 in 12 weeks I would expect hard work but has anyone been paid yet.
Sounds fishy to me.
I can get 175 listings but will I get paid?

If it sounds fishy, and that's your gut feeling, then it probably is and probably too good to be true. If you don't understand how it works in detail or they can't explain it to your understanding then that makes you easy prey to them. If you pursue it, make sure you understand the different aspects of that type of business. Whether a scam or not, some companies plans are not worth the effort and that would also discourage people from sticking with it. Just2EZ must have read the "fine print" so there's some feedback there for you. I would keep looking if i were you. But that's just my 0.02 cents.

secret101 It's the real deal! Does require some work though.. Not difficult to do but if you are looking for something that will make you money overnight without any effort then this is NOT for you. Put in the work required and you will not want for money again.
If anyone has any questions about PW please feel free to ask..

Just work the biz and report back. That's the best way to determine fact from fiction with this particular biz that appears to be new.

Are you involved with this company or do you know someone that is involved with them and Have they been paid? My concern is putting in all that work in and then not get paid, I have been having experiences like this lately. I am not afraid of hard work (if that is considered hard), I am working 8-10 hours on the phone and at my computer daily now and not making a lot of money so I think it is time for change. I am trying to find the right deal that actually does what it says. I am so tired of the scams and BS programs. Thanks for the information and anymore would be appreciated. I would love to talk to you further about this program.

Zodra. As long as you read EVERYTHING you will find out that you have to inform the 175 families that (after their property has not been sold after 12 weeks) they will get paid the weekly compensation to their WP account. It is only paid out to them by cheque at the end of next month and "when we owe you 2,000.00 GBP or sell your property whichever happens first.". Meaning another 5 months to go. It is all there in their website Sellers info "my compensation".
So it will probably take a total of 9 months before they receive any compensation. It is just good to know when they start registering. Still a choice between getting nothing at all or say at least 4000 GBP a year when your house doesn't sell.

Hi,
From the generic url link given at post #1, I notice there are 3 adsense advertisements - one on top, one on the leftmost column and one on the rightmost column. These are well-placed to catch visitors' attention.
Such adsense advertisements are commonly found on websites which seek to earn 'side' money ... from content webpages.
Properties are high-valued items, right? Why the website wants to earn some 'small' money from adsense advertisement?
Bye

Hi Yeoch,
Just wanted to reply an try to answer your question 'Why the website wants to earn some 'small' money from adsense advertisement?'
Firstly these ads are not Adsense, they are ads that have been put on the site by the customers themselves.
Secondly, advertising revenue is not 'small' so far this year's (9 months) Ad Revenue (prepaid to date) is $36 Million USD / 22 Million GBP or 25 Million EURO - *as of Sept 2011
To answer your question 'Why' generate revenue from advertising? This is how PropertyWikia can allow people to list their property at no cost unlike other websites who charge for listings.
Hope this answers your questions..

Thanks for your response. Looking at its website, though professionally done, it doesn't go well with the way of staying in its main course - listing, buying & selling properties, right? The website has something else - advertisements. Thus, giving rise to thoughts about the intention of the website and the intention of ... .
For illustration, let's look at Google.
Google has a very simple website. But, it is right on the spot for its focus - no distraction - to search for something. Why don't Google has banner advertisements on its main search engine webpage (http://www. google.com)? It doesn't try to sell me something there, while I try to search for something, isn't it?
Not so with propertywikia. Therefore, what is the intention of that kind of website or ... .
Just my way of analyzing. No offence.
Bye

Propertywikia Definitely a lot of red flags in that "scam" report, thanks for listing it. I know one person who joined and they aren't bragging about it. Lots of hype repeated instead of direct answers to questions. And as Yeoch pointed out, the ads distract from the facts. The fact is there are no facts provided to back up claims. If it sounds too good to be true....

PW is the real deal....

Your post is the only one in favor of PW. We all would love a program of this magnitude only is it were not a scam. I joined about 09/12/11. Have not accomplished much so far but working. I think most folks are afraid of anything out of the UK. It does sound to good to be true. I do see that they are focusing on getting Affiliates. Only (1) property a seller or landlord can list per six months, but to list unlimited; go Affiliate! ArickLowry would you send me more info as you learn and your experiences with PW, if not too much time? My email is [email protected]
thanks, wealth49

ArickLowry: Yeah, try finding it now on that scammy site... While I'm no fan of scam.com, propertywikia impresses me even less. There are plenty of negative reports not removed, including a new thread on scam.com
A PROPERTY SEARCH for the Phoenix area (near me) list 2 (TWO) mobile homes, period. Zillow shows over 21,000 homes for sale in Phoenix proper, PW=2 mobiles. Zillow also reports over 29,000 homes sold in Phoenix, PW=0.
As much as I wish it were true, it is "too good to be true" without proof. Not one bit of evidence of payment for PROPERTY listed or sold has been provided. In fact, I have yet to hear one claim of any affiliate making money from listings.
