coz u'll be bombarded with all the stupid promotions emailing lists etc...
of course the ideal thing is to search for all the ebooks for free online but i can't really say that in a forum can i? so of course what i'm recommending is to buy and request for a refund... more troublesome but it works anw.
Well, in 2007, I would say it really is getting tougher doing affiliate marketing i.e. there are different systems for everyone different systems WILL NOT SUIT everyone . U just have to read more, gather your thoughts and come up with unique methods and approaches. Just like Amazon Associates is working very well for me but I'm sure not everyone would be inclined towards it.
The future is really very unknown and apprehensive, but...
Instead of trying to guess the future and follow trends, why not invent it? That, to me, is the safest way to approach affiliate marketing.

Quoting: makemoneyonline Quoting: payne Yea it cost $997 but so what? Well a lot of people can't afford that much money. Other programs will teach you how to do that for WAY less.
Just wanted to put my 2 cents in about EDC. It's come a long way since it's launch back in Dec. Though I partially agree with payne's comments that you can get excellent training on how to market successfully online, I wanted to address the issue of cost.
EDC has 2 other membership levels which few distributors like to mention (I guess because they want the big bucks, which is understandable, we're all here to make money at the end of the day). However, the other 2 memberships are far more affordable than $997, at $297 and $69.95. With all levels you get the live, interactive training, which we now have 7 times a week. We also have a new retail product that allows us to venture into the B2B market, and all levels of membership have the opportunity to earn 100% commissions of $495 per sale of this new product. That means even someone at the lowest level can still make a very significant income with EDC.
Also to makemoneyonline, I have seen and heard of other "cheaper" programs that are supposed to teach folks how to become expert marketers. I even tried a few (like Pay It Forward for Profits, Magnetic Sponsoring, Average Joe Imcome Package, Rich Jerk etc.) before joining EDC, because I am a small business owner and was looking for ways to learn how to effectively market my own business. However, I did not receive nearly as much from all of those programs combined as I have from EDC's training. I've now created several other streams of income for myself as a result of EDC, and have also run several very successful Adwords campaigns (I'm talking about top positioning and very frequent showing of my ads while only paying out 50 to 60 cents per click). I've worked for companies in the marketing industry before, but never received the proper training for marketing online until I got with EDC. Now I have the best of both worlds and am in a position to mentor, creating marketing training courses for entrepreneurs and teaching others to do the same.
Quoting: pingbotan product with little competition...? that's getting increasingly rarer nowadays heh. good luck!
And actually, with the new retail product and 3 membership options, EDC seems pretty unrivaled to me. I know of other companies that have tried to copy EDC's business model (mainly Passport to Wealth), but even they can't be considered competition anymore, as they don't have anything close to what EDC offers.

I stopped by to register and have read a lot of stuff. My only stopping seems to be a comment my friend had about EDC leads...
"Only thing I got from those leads was obscene and profane emails from the "leads" promising to have me reported to the "Spam police'."
I got started with Average JOe and Profit Lance, but am now looking for something more profound to increase my profits even more and this EDC is of interest but like I said, that comment sort of puts my trust on trial. And having been scammed as many times as I have, I am very sceptical, especially because there is no money back guarantee.... Feel free to convince me otherwise or to refer me to something else.

Hi again jonnap,
I'm not sure what your friend was talking about. I didn't receive anything like that when I joined. But then, I don't purchase leads, nor do I recommend it (leads seldom work unless gathered from your own efforts). And I didn't bother with the leads given by EDC (which they don't even do anymore).
There is a proper way to market what we sell as EDC distributors. There are plenty of very effective free and low-cost ways to advertise that don't involve the use of leads or "guaranteed traffic" at all. A good sponsor can show you these ways, and show you how to create a respectable web presence for yourself as an entrepreneur and business owner.
It's unfortunate that your friend had that experience. However, if that's the worst complaint about EDC (and that can be easily prevented), the that's great! Since you seem interested, I invite you to take a look at another forum that I'm a member of (same screen name). It goes very in depth about EDC, what we sell, why it isn't a scam like many think, and how I choose to market. I found myself defending EDC against the forum administrator who seemed to have it out for EDC. There are even some posts from one of the company owners and one of the top earners. If you're interested, it is called The Finance Forums and the topic is called "EDC Accounts." I'm not sure if I can post the link here (the moderators might take the link as something else), but just click here for the forum. It's got a lot of good info, strong points for both sides, and it's good reading all the way through when you have the time.
I'm skeptical of most things also. The concept of EDC took a bit of getting used to for me. But when I saw the income start to come in, and found that I didn't have to go out and hustle to get another job after I moved to be with my fiancee, I felt much better. I have some proof I can offer as well, if you're interested. Again, don't know if I can post it here. But you're welcome to contact me via email (you can do that from my profile here, or through the email address on my website) or PM if you'd like to see it (I know some folks are more visual when it comes to business opportunities).
Same goes for anyone else who is interested, or would like to get the facts. I'm glad to answer any and all questions, as well as provide proof of earnings. You can even talk to some of my other team members! And check out that other forum, it really is very informative!

I hadn't looked at this program till now. It looks very good, they say they will tutor you and personally help you and said it's not a get rich quick scheme (which I like ) because none of them are usually.
I sell the some of best products/services in my field offline, really the best. . I build repeat customers and referrals that way, but the product definitely makes me less money than other services/products in that field I could sell. In the long run it doesn't though. If you add these great marketing techniqes you see here, you should be able to build a good business online especially with a great product. These marketing techniques are advanced and cheaper than the ones I used to get started offline, way cheaper but require more time probably. I have more time than money right now.

EDC is the same way. The thing I like about it versus other programs is that there is a higher price point to our products, so we're able to earn more from our efforts. One thing I can say is that a free or low-cost program is going to take the same amount of effort to promote as a higher priced, higher paying program. You might as well do yourself a favor and promote what will bring you the most profit for your efforts.
Also, the marketing training we receive as members is second to none! We now get training 7 times a week from some of the leaders in the internet marketing industry. The best thing is that it's not just training that relates only to our EDC business. This is training that we can apply to anything else we decide to venture into, whether online or off. That's priceless to me.

Iam confused, For you to move you have to make a decision to get started. There is a lot of free material out there. some of it is bad but just get it and take time to read. Then do your research and pick on the business you can do.
I would recommend Mark Warren's "the ultimate wealth package". It costs $49.95 and you get a free website to promote. Though you can upgrade to pro and get more control.
But for you to move you have to start somewhere and the sooner the better. I wish you all the best.
