I have signed up with the program as well. I find it is very easy to make people interested and sign up after you.
No cost to worry about, so you are sure there is no one to try to fool you. Who does not like shopping and especially when earning while shopping as well. The site offers so many tools (for free) to help build up your business.
Make sure though, if you want to profit from personal shopping you should sign up under personal mall. You earn more commission this way. If you know you is likely to profit from spreading the word, you'd better sign up under business mall. You can't sign up for both at the same time. You can, however, sign up under personal mall and later convert to business mall.
If you are interested, you may check out at my signature. We can help one another learn from this and benefit form it.
One more thing I like about this program is the company also focuses on helping non-profit causes and foundations. They set aside 6.5% of profit to help one-child-at-a-time program which I think is wonderful. So you help yourself by earning from this opportunity and at the same time you also have a chance to change the world one child at a time.

Okay i'm going on day 5 and i'm satisfied honestly. 4 days ago I clicked the give me a powermall button. I have been too busy to start a marketing campaign. I've been welcoming new members fast enough that I'm satisfied for now. It's great we have a team of real people helping each other.
Someone I know just had their electric water heater quit working and so we looked it up in the power mall and we found a good selection. This person was happy to see 3 pages with 27 different models and no driving around town. We even shoppeed the power usage. Did you know a 30 gallon electric heater has an annual usage rating of 4721 btu and a 40 gallon heater uses 50 btu more per year. I think I will check out the green store and see what this tankless heater is all about.
Not only have I aquired a new costomer I may have a new MPM member. We are gonig to get the quote with installation online and compare to a good phone shopping. I will share my notes as to what the pros and cons are.
If this deal is going to work then we need people to shop and purchase online. I know many people shop online but some go outside the internet when it is time to spend.
I am using the ease of online shopping with power mall as a marketing tool. When people see how easy it is to find what they need they always want one of their own.
Have you ever googled a product only to find the top ranking was Hijacked by a competitor and the link took you to some other place. PowerMall has all the stores organized and searches are easy.

ka7952,
Thanks for your input. I'd like to clarify something for you. When a person signs up for the business mall, they automatically get a personal mall as well. So, you get two malls: one for your shopping and one for business.
I signed up only under the business mall and was also given a personal mall. I highly recommend this as a way to sign up. You'll get both malls if you do that and it will save a few moments of work.
If anyone signs up for a personal mall only. You can easily upgrade and still have both malls. There is no cost for either and there is no cost for the upgrade. You might as well do the business side of things. The malls sell themselves. There is almost no effort involved.

I actually do have a mypowermall. Had it for quite sometime actually and do ok with it. it's not my main source of income and i've even recommended it without putting a link to my own mall just because I believe it to be a great starter point for anyone trying to get into affiliate marketing or learn "the ropes".
The Hits2u link I have on my traffic generation site just takes it to a different level in regards to recruiting.
Also, Mypowermall is just a glorified affiliate site. My powermall has signed up as an affiliate under every single site you see in the mall and then just signed you up under them so to speak. It is the old dropship middle man principle for those of you who know anything about drop shipping. It's a great idea and I only wish I would have thought of it first For instance if you buy something from tigerdirect the sale actual is counted under the owner of mypowermall's tigerdirect affiliate account, she in turn sends you a portion. Tie that with some MLM ideas and youhave a great site.
As far as spending 10/month to host my site and have it setup to where I can sign people up to do the same thing i don't have a problem with that. $10 a month is 2 #3 meals at McDonalds a month so it's no biggie. It's all part of the affiliate marketing game. And I don't do so bad at it so I can't complain.
Again I would recommend checking out the hits2u link if only for the powermall promotion tip. If you do decided to try the GDI portion of it out to you'll soon see the power of the Hits2u system. Very, very cool.

Quoting: LuckyRon Some like it FREEEE!!!!!! and some also like to make 100% commision on it. Goto any of the sites you see on your site and sign up for yourself and make 100% for yourself. If you like it free that is.
Believe me you're paying for it...you just don't know it because it comes off the top.

I think I am going to send gift cards to my family this Christmas and I will give them the address to MYPOWERMALL on the card. Then I can get the rebate and maybe they will even want their own Power Mall. Does anyone know which gift cards are best?
I have also been reading about these debit cards that are coming soon. Does anyone have any experience with these?

Quoting: opendomain Tie that with some MLM ideas and you have a great site.
Open, I agree with you. But I think you gave the least attention to the most profitable part of MPM (My Power Mall) though you did mention it briefly at the end of a paragraph as quoted above.
It's the commission from the down line that really generates the big income. Do you remember the "Pay me a penny a day to clean your house and just double my wage every day for 30 days?" story I told earlier?
You don't think it's worth doing the math because you are sure you will get cheap labor. We sign the agreement papers (US currency only) and I begin cleaning your house each day for 30 straight days.
Well, let me show you the math:
Day 1: .01 Day 2: .02 Day 3: .04 Day 4: .08 Day 5: .16 Day 6: .32 Day 7: .64 Day 8: $1.28 Day 9: $2.56 Day 10: $5.12 (It's been 10 whole days - you think I'm cheap labor) Day 11: $10.24 Day 12: $20.48 Day 13: $40.96 Day 14: $81.92 (Still not over-paying for an 8 hour day, but...) Day 15: $163.84 Day 16: $327.68 Day 17: $655.36 Day 18: $1,310.72 Day 19: $2,621.44 (gulp...) Day 20: $5,242.88 Day 21: $10,485.76 Day 22: $20,971.52 Day 23: $41,943.04 Day 24: $83,886.08 Day 25: $167,772.16 Day 26: $335,544.32 Day 27: $671,088.64 Day 28: $1,342,177.28 (oh my!) Day 29: $2,684,354.56 Day 30: $5,368,709.12 (you start looking for the nearest exit)
Not only would you be paying me over five million on the 30th day, but my total income for the month would be quite a bit more than that.
That is the power of exponents and that is why this thing is called a Power Mall. The real income is from the down line.
It isn't about the commission of each sale. It is about the number of people in your down line, the residual 9 tier structure and adding the total of all [eventual] nine tiers together each month.
If each person in each tier gets 10 sign ups every month for nine months, you will have your 9 tiers filled up in 9 months. Each tier multiplies exponentially.

I just talked with my kids' school PTO (parents teacher organization) today. The president of the PTO agreed with me completely and signed up for the PTO mall.
So now, our school PTO will have its own mall and they will promote it. Can you imagine how many people will buy from this mall this coming shopping season? Our PTO is not likely to have to hold so many events now to raise funds.
This is one of the best opportunity to earn income while helping good causes. And again it is free to join.

Newbie Shield.
Thanks for the clarification. Can you tell me how long you have been doing MPM and how many people you have in your network?
If you don't mind I'd like to know how much you earn from this as well per month, so I can use that as my motivation or I know what to expect.

ka,
What is there to lose? We joined - no obligation - NO fees upfront - all you need to do is spend some time giving away some malls to your friends and family - IT COSTS THEM ZERO - and may save them a buck on stuff they buy already.
Everything is laid out - websites are free and given to you already set up - Hey - it is not going to make your house payment next week - but it is free - and if the numbers are even 1% of what they are talking about - you will not have a house payment in 5 years - it will be paid off.

Those who have not had your own powermall website yet. don't wait. Get one of your own and please spread the word and get more people sign up after you.
The best way you can do is get NPO (non-profit-organization) e.g. churches, school, library, foundation, etc to sign up after you and they will have easier way to earn money for their missions while you also benefit from it. Win-win.
If any of you share vision of building better tomorrow while helping yourself as well, please sign up after me. Thanks.

My Power Mall really incorporates a slick idea. For anyone who is curious, here is how it actually works:
You sign up for access to your own My Power Mall site, which is just a web page with clickies to a whole bunch of stores. (And yes, these are stores you would actually BUY from.)
Any purchases made through the MPM site have rebates attached to them. Here is where it gets cool. The money from those rebates goes to MPM which then distributes the money to you (the buyer) and to the person who recruited you, and to the person who recruited THAT person, etc.
The reason that MPM is such a great idea is that you make money on purchases that you (and whoever you are able to give away a MPM site to) would make anyway.
This IS a free opportunity. You could sign up and put exactly 0 dollars into if you wanted to. (Of course, businesses don't take off very well without advertising, but any investment with MPM is optional.)
MPM also offers two different kinds of accounts. The business account allows you to buy products from your MPM page and invite others to join. The personal account only allows you to buy from the MPM page, but you also get a larger % of the rebate than you do with the business account. The personal account is the perfect option for someone who just want to shop and save money.
If you would like more info, just click the link in my sig.

MyPowerMall isn't the first online MLM I've been involved with but it is the smoothest and best organized. The technology here is outstanding. When new members can sign up themselves online without any coaching and also get quality automated training that's the sign of a real winner.
I have talked to the founders of this gig and they are serious about providing the best resources available to help members succeed.
There are pros and cons to everything and PowerMall is not perfect but it is the most advanced online MLM that I have seen. When I can watch my downline build and see new members training themselves and building their downline on autopilot I get excited. I don't have to spend all my time coaching people through the sign up process and repeating mundane procedures I can concentrate on really helping people succeed.
An individual will find limited success a strong team can achieve greatness!!!

Hello everyone,
Im new here and new to the whole home based business thing. I just made a powermall and it seems great, even if you just use it for your own shopping source. Getting money back on things your gonna buy anyway makes sence doesnt it?
Does anyone have any tips on how to get traffic to your site? Any info is much appreciated! Thanks

You don't think it's worth doing the math because you are sure you will get cheap labor. We sign the agreement papers (US currency only) and I begin cleaning your house each day for 30 straight days. I love the classics. That was first told as this http://jwilson.coe.uga.edu/EMT668/EMAT6680.F99/Martin/instructional%20unit/day4.expon ential/excel/grainofrice.html
I don't mind doing the math actually it's nice math, I love the power of exponential growth it's rather nice. It is a great great tool.
Don't get me wrong I think Mypowermall is an awesome tool and I really do wish you the best success with it. It really is a good starting point. If you can't give away something that's free then you'll have a hard time selling something for 5, 10, 99.99 or for any price. And Like I said they have a pretty good marketing campaign you can follow. You can implement it with just about anything you do.
I like your example. Now you just need to have someone sign that contract, I personally would have either killed you at day 15 or filed bankruptcy. Incidentally how much of that is residual or do you have to find someone like that each month? So during Christmas season are you going to make more than during april? How much do you buy online and are you really saving after taxes? How often do you buy online and if so from where. Do you make big purchases like t.v.'s over the net or do you prefer to go in and look at things? Just a couple of questions.
Incedentally I've had the best success with restaurant.com site and with gift cards to best buy. Most everything else on these doesn't move much. My downline started a lot with Mypowermall and moved over to GDI after the millions failed to deliver. And several people I do know personally have and are now using Mypowermall and making a decent monthly income of pocket money...they do have huge downlines though.
Again best of luck to you. Some people like it free, and some like it residual

That's the great thing about this deal. The sign up is so easy and free that people do it all by themselves. I have several sign ups every day and most I have never talked. I like the team work that i'm seeing here. People help each other because my success depends on yours. Best of all is that it is all FREEEEE!!!!!!
No money out of pocket ever

asebf,
Thanx for joining under my link. A couple other folks joined under me yesterday. My downline is growing at a decent pace. Let me know if you need any help or if I can offer any help to your two downline members. This is pretty cool. My down line is growing at the rate of over 1 new member per day.
I could hardly sleep the first night I was given the mall. I am done reading everything. I opted out of most of the e-letters. I just go to the site to read the new stuff as it arrives each day.
opendomain,
I buy from several places online. At other times I like to go look at things. I buy music equipment, electronics, web hosting, and a bunch of other stuff online. How about yourself?
Best of luck with GDI and with MyPowerMall.
Ka7952,
I just signed up a few days ago. Hey, I'm happy for you that you got your non-profit involved. I bet you get a decent monthly purchase volume from them! I know they will be glad they signed up.
I agree that everyone should just go ahead and purchase a mall since it is free. The sooner a person gets in, the faster their downline will start to build...more money sooner and great shopping deals.
Hey Ron,
I made a post in the MyPowerMall forum today. It is a new forum so not a lot is going on there yet. I expect that to change fairly soon. Great that they have one though.
It is true that the whole thing is quick and simple to grasp. Everything is set up so that you do a bit of quick reading, poke around with the store grids, and play with the tools for just a few hours and you understand the whole thing quite well. Best of luck man.
