Hello, I am new to this forum and I am just trying to get started with working from home. I am an 18 year old male from Alberta Canada and I just signed up with "My Online Income System" where they I received a website from them that they created. And I signed up with Clickbank and PayDotCom. All this seemed promising at first but now I am totally lost on what to do and I don't see it making me money at all. Any suggestions???
This is the website I received: [Link removed - Admin]

I just signed up for My Online Income System and I would like to know the first steps to take. I haven't received the kit yet butl, I'm curious as to how you get the website free and such. Can somebody give me a run through of exactly what happens from here? I just noticed that when I go to setup the website, when it says free, there talking about the site but, you still have to pay for the hosting? Just making sure. What else is involved to get started? Do I have to wait for my kit to come in before I start? Thank you everyone in advance!

So far the system is working well for me. I haven't made a sale yet, but none the less, I have confidence in the system and the sales will come.
Just like some of the past posters, I have gotten to steps and have been completely lost. I found that if I take copious notes, it usually goes a little better. Also, don't be afraid to go back and re-read steps, I have also found myself doing that pretty often.
Just take your time and if something doesn't make sense, take a break and come back to it, MOIS will always be there.

Hi Brandon,
I am a fellow Albertan and really like the MOIS system. It leads you step by step and you can do it at your own pace... I have slowed down a bit due to family committments but I look at it for the long term and find if I follow the 60 day plan it is great. Let me know how I can support you and maybe we can work together and making a great income!

I am on this plan and have no complaints so far. I like the step by step 60 day program as it encourages me to do something every day.
A friend of mine was put off by the fact that in his view 60 days was"too long". However, this is what sold it for me as it shows it is genuine rather than pretending that you can make a 6 figure sum in 3 or 4 days like some programs claim.
Any of you MOIS users got any success stories you wish to share to help keep me motivated?!

The step-by-step 60-day plan is great.
Many newbies would be lost without such a plan.

HomeBizMama: HomeBizMama Member Joined: 12 Sep 2008 Posts: 54 # Posted: 19 Oct 2008 01:32 Reply Quote I tried MOIS about 4 months ago and wish I did more research on it first. Also, if you notice, when you try to leave the page, it offers a special discount for only $17. However, I paid the $47 before I realized the special discount. And.. I don't even think you get the commission for any sale through your links that opt for the so called discount. Then the free website to promote products which is only limited to 3 at a time and the products are just clickbank products that you can sign up to promote for free without MOIS. OH.. also about the FREE Website they give you to use, you have to use their hosting site which is almost $10 a month or $70 a year. Sure, it is great for beginners! Because it is targeted for beginners only who are clueless about Internet marketing and do not know there are better programs out there to learn how to make make money online. In my opinion, don't waste your time or money on MOIS
First post here, hello everyone. I've been going back and forth between MOIS and Profit Lance, as at this time I can only purchase one of these entities and dive in head first. I'm new to internet marketing, but certainly not new to my way around the computer.
HomeBizMama's post concerned me, as I was leaning towards the MOIS system. It seems like it holds your hand throughout the process, but you have to pay for their hosting site. Basically, I just want a package with a one-time fee, and then go from there. I realize it's not that easy, but I'd rather absorb as much of the information as possible before having to put into further investments.
I consider myself a fair writer and editor, so the blogging angle really appealed to me personally. Is the MOIS system geared or crafted towards writing? If so, that's a very strong point for me. My passion lies in games (video games) and movies (film), so I thought that would be a good springboard for whichever online marketing system that I purchase, as in my "niche".
I'd like to hear some more people thoughts, as to which you perceive to be the better investment for someone just starting out: MOIS or Profit Lance?
Thank you in advance,
Steve

I just recieved the MOIS system and am going through it step by step.
It seems so far like a worthwhile system to try. I did have one problem though.
I signed up for the "free" website through the MOIS website link. I purchased a domain name through the ONLY domain registrar they would let you use. It was $4.95 to purchase. After setting up the basic info I checked "my website" and the URL in the browser bar showed an IP address instead of my URL.
Red Flag!!!! I checked my Paypal acct. and a recurring subscription charge had been added. I cancelled the subscription as this was supposed to be a trial period.
I just checked WHIOS and "my domain" that I purchased is now available for purchase even though I bought it. And the free website login page doen't recogognize my ID or password.
I do not blame the MOIS site as this was just a link, but I have told them about the problem.
MOIS has good info and resources. My suggestion would be to purchase a domain and hosting free from ads, etc with multi-page capability and apply the MOIS techniques. Don't limit yourself!!!!
I feel good about this system for it's upfront, gotta work hard and it takes time attitude. Good luck all!

As follow uo. I sent the "free website" support contact my concerns and the email was bounced back, twice. Plus a "no phone contact" signature.
Red Flag 2!!!!!! Free websites do not cut it!!!! MOIS is swtill, I believe, trustworthy. We have all had flaky merchants as affiliates!!!!!

Yeah, those problems that you're describing above seem disconcerting to me. I'll have to wait and do some more research, along with getting more feedback before I commit myself to MOIS.

Yeah some of you guys are just getting slipped up on some very small problems it seems. I have been working the MOIS system for over 6 months now and have quit my job because of it. If you are serious about this and NOT lazy you will make it work. Keep at, I promise it works

Thanks, I was looking for that kind of endorsement. It makes me feel a bit better knowing that you have had success with this program. I've read some of your other posts, so it offers validity to making the plunge for myself. It's just kind of scary at first, that is, starting out initially and not wanting to get burned.
Much like rankelvin, I'm a full-time college student that wants to unburden myself from debt, while still attending school. Through hard work and dedication, I'm determined to make this work for me. Thank you for sharing your input and advice everyone!

Hello! Just wondering why there has been no new posts to this chat for over 2 weeks when there was almost daily posts for the past several months? I'm thinking of joining MOIS today, and see there is now a $10 discount offered when you try to leave their page without ordering.

That's a good question, that I was also wondering myself. Seems rather odd to me, as if the buzz just suddenly imploded. How are people out there faring with this system currently?

Good to see someone still here! Your concern about the ongoing hosting charge on the free website is probably an over reaction? Seems logical top me that we are going to need a site, and no matter which host we decide to use, there will be a fee. Trick is to find the least expensive (not necessarily the cheapest), site quality for the money. I joined yesterday, and am just starting to wade around.

I've been following the tools and fundamentals set forth in the "My Online Income System" course and have been very pleased. I haven't become rich quick by any means but am averaging $35 a day and have just started. The step-by-step action plan is easy to follow and you can progess at your own speed. Definitely an easy way to make some supplemental income that everyone needs. It only cost me $17 to get started.
