Has anybody joined MyInternetBusiness yet?
I know it was created by Darren Gaudry - founder of Passport To Wealth - and just launched yesterday... April 2
If you have any insider info on the opportunity, products or any business building system available, please share. As usual, many known leaders from other companies jumped on it, but I'd like to hear from "new" people what their experience is.
To your success

I really only know that the creator of Passport to Wealth is the creator of My Internet Business. I did hear that the products are good and it's a high ticket program. I haven't checked out though.

I put myinternetbusiness in google and the first thing I checked out was a "Pre Launch Site"
There was a simple no frills page there with a Youtube movie and a place for you to put your name and email for more information. This was obviously a capture page to gain leads.
The first thing that came to mind was the movie was very well done to attract attention, but thinking a little more about it I couldn't help think that if this was the amalgamation of two very successful business companies, why were they using a free video posting service and not put it on their own web site. Surely if they were so successful they could afford sufficient bandwidth to have the movie stream from their website.
This is a retail style "Pre-Launch" campaign designed for one reason - to excite people without giving any information.
Two things come to mind that have the "Caution" bells ringing for me:
1. Their capture page should offer you enough information about the company to satisfy your initial interest - This gives you none.
2. Their method of promoting it indicates to me that they are interested in re-kindling their prospecting. Both of the "Successful" companies who are forming Myinternetbusiness obviously are slowing down.
A thought comes to mind "If it is not broken, why fix it"
Why do two supposidly successful companies need to join together to form another internet business?
I would be cautious about this. If you give them your email address for more information, be prepaired for a carefully planned psychological attack on your senses designed to get you to sign up before they tell you much about it.

Aspire,
That's an excellent point that I had not considered regarding this new program.
Thank you for your insight.

Personally I've developed an aversion to such things. Honestly, I'm so sick of having to 'sign up' all the time. Nowadays when I see a page asking for my name and email, my hand automatically heads for the 'X' button at the top, lol... (So if they've really got something good to offer me, they'd better grab my attention in the .02 seconds it takes to close the page or else, lolll...)

Just a thought - for anyone wanting to give their email address out online, it is best to get a separate email address for "opt ins" - that way you don't have to worry about getting spam - at least not in your main email account.

Went back to the Pre-Launch site and it had been replaced with an entry page saying it has been launched. Sorry, I did not take the other name down when I saw it the other day.

I agree - If it is so good and worth everyone finding out about it they would not do the capture page thing with a sweetener first.
getagrip: that way you don't have to worry about getting spam
Very important not to give your primary email in any Forum listing, in fact on any web site in any form.
There are Spider programs made that simply spend 100% of their time looking through every web page for the @ sign. When they find one they copy the stuff before and after the @ and "Hey Presto" - you are now getting emails to increase your %@#$) size.
I tested this on one forum that said they were totally confident there would be no spam. I wrote down qwertyuiop(at)mydomain.com and the very next day I had spam to that email address - I deleted it.

Anyone know how much it costs to join if you're not already a passport to wealth member?
And does this type of program actually work if you put effort into it? Obviously I'm going to put all my efforts into it if I'm going to shell out $1000 or whatever for it.
I just wanna know if this is legit and worth the investment!

M.I.B is phenomenal and the compensation plan is just insane.
I personally have not joined yet but I did attend their secret Webinars for the launch and with all the founding members. M.I.B is a business opportunity worth investing in only IF you are already experienced and know how to market.
