Great,

I too placed another order, so hopefully they have their act together for the overwhelming response we got out of the gate. I know they shifted to Spartan, and for those familiar with Spartan, they are a huge regional grocer, warehouse and manufactuer, so they will be able to better handle volume, so I am looking forward to the savings.

Success to all, Mike

Hello All,
I am new here and i was just reading all the post on harvest america. It is great to get testimonial of members who have used this opportunity. I, myself, was introduced to this opportunity 2 or 3 days ago. I think this is a great opportunity i am planning to join when my family size increases.

Update:

With Spartan now handling grocery shipping, and as a major grocery chain, manufacturer and wholesaler, my last order was placed on a Friday and delivered on the following Wednesday, shocked me, so thank goodness they transitioned to offer faster service. The savings are great, and now the service is even better than great. The packing was so good not one item was damaged, all bottle items were wrapped in cardboard and all liquids were taped so as to not leak. Needless to say, I was impressed.

Success to all, Mike

Hey Mike,

Great to hear your order came through so well done and timely. I think
they have the system down now.

"Vjassociate" --- I'd suggest if you can, NOT waiting until your family
size increases before you join. If it's a budget issue (since it takes
$70 to join and $29.95 per month to stay active) -- ok.

If NOT -- join, enjoy some savings (we know of several single person
households that save from $50 to $70 per month by shopping
from their MHA store) and SPREAD THE WORD to people who aren't
living alone.

IE: Build an income now! Waiting ... just costs you the one thing
none of us can "bank" or save or get back if we use it ---- time.

Just a thought --- we'd be glad to help in any way we can.

Have a super weekend!

This is a post just to close out the conversation.

My Harvest America changed their program ... again ... and last I checked, still use prepaid cards to accomplish savings on shopping, which simply wasn't what we signed up for.

So .... to those still looking for "something" to save money on groceries, the search is still on, and I hope something real pops up that can be sustained. But it's a tough market.

Without membership fees, the discount cards wouldn't fly either, so keep on looking.

For those looking for something to make money on ... again, keep looking. We did then and still do trade currencies, so that the multiple streams concept works.

Have a super week,

Agreed,

I am always looking for recession proof value where consumers can save real money on what they are already purchasing, and you are correct, not easy, but keep looking, there are a few out there.

Success to all,

Just found out these guys filed bankruptcy after sucking a bunch of people money in.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, My Harvest America, Inc. has been forced to file for protection under Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.

Further information for claims will be forthcoming from the US Bankruptcy Court, May 27, 2011 Case # 2:11-bk-15482.

Another reason why one can't just bank on one company. Multiple income streams simultaneously makes the greatest sense just like a mutual fund for retirement investment in stocks.

All the best.

Agreed,

This one looked like trouble after the first six months when they lost their grocery facilitator, and then after months of promises, the added Spartan, which worked great for a few months, then again, no more groceries, and more promises, and then debit card was added to bridge the gap, but that could not possibly sustain itself given it was a pure ponzi at that point. It is a shame, it started out looking real good, solid savings of $200. a month, then it all came crashing down.

Turns out they didn't pay grocery distributors, found that out when I spoke to them direct, so I dropped this turkey right after Spartan dropped them, and I am glad I did. So true, it is good to have more than one business in these tough economic times for you cannot trust any of them to last more than 18 months, and MHA just barely hit that mark, sad, but typical.

Success to all,

This is EXACTLY why people need to pick companies that have been around for a while. That have a proven track record. That are publicly traded so therefore meet the scrutiny standard of regulators. Unfortunately people all the time fall for these sort of money games
that end of crashing and burning because the infrastructure is in place.

I have been in the industry for eight years and honestly have learned a lot of what to look for in companies. There are probably only a handful of companies out there that one can truly build a long term residual with. Sure any company can go out of business at any time but please pick a company that has infrastructure in place to handle the growth of not only customers but reps.

Chris
