I recently came across Mentoring for FREE which is helping me build my business. And the best part is that it is totally without cost.
Are there any other Mentoring for Free Mentors out there? How are you enjoying it?
Blessings, Wendy

Hi Wendy
I do use mentor for free, It is a awesome system. I love the training on the calls. My favorite being the personalities. I also like the fact that it's generic and works for different companys.

I wrote a review of the Mentoring for Free program. If you search Google for it, my review is usually the #1 or #2 result. I recommend the training because there is a lot of good information in it, although you should know that Mike Dloughy uses it as a recruitment funnel for his Vitamark business.
All the Best,
Mark

Mentoring For Free is openly advertised as a lead generation system. It can be used by people with any business. If Michael is with Vitamark, then it makes sense he'd use it as a funnel to recruit people into his Vitamark business, doesn't it?
It should be made clear however that while it doesn't cost anybody anything to plug into the excellent ongoing training, there is a very moderate monthly fee of less than twenty dollars per month if one wishes to use it for generating leads.

If he was up front about it, sure. But unless things have changed, he's not. And, in fact, he talks as if it's not a funnel for his program. For example, he frequently states on the conference calls, "we don't mention any company names here" implying that MFF is purely an educational program.
There is certainly valuable training in the MFF program. I simply wish there was more transparency.
All the Best,
Mark

I've never encountered anybody promoting MFF who was not using it to promote VitaMark... I always ask and always get the same answer.

Thanks for all the input, I recently came across the MFF system and was considering talking to them. Not so much interested in VitaMark though.

I looked at MMF and was steady wondering what was the catch. I have to say the ebook and the mp3 had a lot of good content a real eye opener. I also got on a couple of their conference calls. They never pitched their deal to me not that I would have been interested anyway.
With all that said, the free content MMF give out is well worth spending the time to go threw.

I do lurk on the conference calls for Mentoring for Free from time to time. There is good information to be had and some information I disagree with. Anyone who is considering joining needs to know the following.
The four personality styles that Michael teaches is excellent and something everyone should know, regardless of profession.
The only company that fits what Michael Dloughy considers to be a Five Pillars company and that is Vitamark. A close look at the Vitamark compensation plan will reveal features of a stair-step break-away plan. I find this interesting as Michael will tell you he is not a fan of stair-step plans.
My biggest concern was the live calls. I had an opportunity to talk with Michael and asked him directly, "Have you had anyone tell you that they were upset when they found out several dozen people were listening to the call?"
Michael's response was, "No. Never."
Interesting. I asked this question specifically because a good friend of mine had indicated to me that he was extremely upset after being the recipient of one of those calls.
During our conversation, Michael Dloughy says he is looking for coachable. By that I gathered that "coachable" was anyone who was willing to enter his recruiting funnel.
Michael talks frequently about compensation plans but never gives enough information on each type of plan for anyone to make an informed decision. Any plan that is not Vitamark he does not cast favor on.
The bottom line for me is Mentoring for Free is a resource I draw on for time to time. However because I do not want my own prospects to be prospected for Vitamark, I cannot recommend his paid program.

Thanks for the information, I was wonder what MFF was all about. I have received a few calls from a member and he wouldn't tell me what business he was in when I asked, I could have been looking for a company right then! I think their concept may be missing something?

A member calls and then will not identify why he was calling, now that is strange.

I always wondered why they were eager to train people, and after talking with one lady on the phone, she said that there were programs they recommend if you aren't already involved in an opportunity....

Yes, they are definitely willing to teach you, whether or not you are interested in joining a program they recommend...
