I was a member of the Maverick Money Makers Club for two months. Last week I resigned, and got my refunds from Clickbank.
My experience: 1. The club provides some value, no doubt about that. The videos are very good, and easy to follow.
2. I even signed up for the VIP upgrade, around $50 extra each month.
3. As a VIP member, I got an invitation to call one of his team members to get going. However, this was quite early, and as I am living in another part of the world my phone bills would have increased significantly. So I didn't. Maybe this was a mistake.
4. The other "benefits" I got for being a VIP, was to buy extra products for a lowered price, I think it was about half of the original price. I really expected more as a VIP.
5. The quick money blueprints was tempting to start with, and I decided to use them as a proof of the value for this club.
6. First, I started with a hair loss program, with a product that had a 5% conversion. This was one of the quick money blueprints. Spent money for about 250 clicks on adwords, with no sales. Of course I stopped this campaign.
7. Then I tried to promote MMM with adwords, just to see no conversions for this either. And besides, google don't like the popup/agent on the sales pitch page of MMM. Yes, I think they should now about this and remove it. And MMM don't provide conversion tracking up front on their affiliate page, which is a drawback.
8. Then I started to get recomendations from MMM of other products to buy, products that MMM promoted as affiliates. Some of these products had lots of serious scam warnings around, and MMM really started to loose credibility.
9. MMM is quite pricey, even if it costs a lot more to start typically offline business. However, the prices should be compared to similar offers on the internet.
10. There are other programs or courses to follow with more straight to the point actions, than MMM.
11. I tried other approches to test the techniques the club teaches. However still with no real profit. This doesn't mean they are worthless, however it will take much more time.
13. Only a minor knowledge base available on relevant question.
14. Just details, however, alarm bells were ringing when easy task like resolving passwords had to be directed to the support for manual follow up.
15. The support was present, after all. They answered withing reasonably time, however often with short and not with too explisit information.
16. Maybe I also expected a "club" feeling. However there are no communication between its members, no forum available either. And mostly the email I got from MMM was when they wanted to sell more products.
17. I may not have done everything correct, however for me, and after an overall consideration, I didn't find enough value in this club to continue.
And I am not promoting this club anymore

The Maverick Money Makers Club has sure opened my eyes.
I joined back in Nov 08 and have made money every month since...
This is not money from just memberships, it's money that I made from other things that I learned about in the Club!
People need to realized that everything will not work for everybody - There are too many variables.
Depending on where you are in your marketing career, MMM can unlock the key to you making alot of money, however, be willing to work it!
In my opinion, and as someone who has a valid membership... MMM is legit!

Good day ppl. My name is Gerald and i would just like to share with you guys my experience with MMM..I joined about 3 weeks ago.I am some what satisfied.
First off i have no Computor skills,Just got this comp.2 months ago to try and make some money on-line.So i looked at alot of them before i found this one.
What drew me to Mack was his up front Video's.No other site i looked at offered me this..To see what the business was all about first.
So i joined as an Affilliate. You still get most if not all of his secrets this way to see if you can make any money first before you actually join..He gives you all free sites to promote through, and other low cost sites too if you want to use them.
The set up was easy even for me ,So i'm sure anyone could do it. The only problem i have run into is trying to get my Articles published with "Ezine"..But any one with the skills needed to write Articles would have no problem here.
The only cost to me so far was to purchase my domain name at Go Daddy.com under 20. CDN. for a 2 year subscription.
Also can use " I Snare" for 2. a click,Or 59.95 per month.
US freeads.com,Google groups,Craigs list,Vista Print are just a few others he shows you
I am not here to try and promote this in any way shape or form. Just thought i would try to shed a little light on the subject. And hopefully help in some way..Still waiting to get my first Articles published.

dlozen: A $97.00 a month investment is NOTHING compared to starting a brick and mortar business. I had a franchise with Doubledaves pizza that took 500K to get started and that didn't count monthly rent and payroll... lol - yes, I have spent way more than $97 a month on several of my ventures... once again, I think the point is simply that some things will work for one person and other programs will work for others...

Hi, guys.
I too had been doing some research on MMM after clicking on someone's link in another forum, and I must say that I was very intrigued by the crisp, clean and well laid out web site and high quality videos. Intrigued enough to be compelled to become a member after reading the content and viewing all of the videos on the site.
Needless to say, I followed a nagging hunch to check the site out on Google to see what other members' experiences were before making a well informed decision.
Lo and behold, my research led me to the forum mentioned above with a discussion about MMM. And as I read through all of the comments it became apparent that there was something more to MMM than I was being led to believe by the persuasive copy on the web site.
It would be a shame to know that members aren't really getting their monies' worth from what they learn in MMM, since the web site serves as a great example of how a very well laid out web page should be developed to attract prospective customers.
In my opinion, the Mack Michaels character speaks in a way that is non-threatening to those who are turned off by over the top sales pitches. But after having learned about what could be a possibly deceiving sales pitch to become a member, I chose not to pursue it further.
Now, I suppose there may be some members who are having success with the program, and that would be good to know since it would be a good indicator that the program/membership is built to last. But I prefer to wait and see more proof of members actually having great success with what is being taught and applied through MMM, and not just success as an affiliate of the program itself.

Hi Mapilkfish... et all Not only have I heard of Mack Michaels and his Maverick Money Makers... but I'm a member. Yes, other replies were right on some things, the $97 a month is very steep. But one needs to weight the real value for the price. I am glad I joined even at the price, the videos with Mack are most excellent. But the other content is priceless. He has one section where every program is a full turnkey operation, and there are 148 of them. Now... THAT is real value. If I offered you just one of those for $97 you'd be a fool not to grab it, and I have 148 of them. And the content goes on and on. The quick money section has 8 areas to start with and have some fast cash. I'm not selling anything here. I feel that to appraise a product or person, weighing their reputation on what people THINK it might be is not the way to do it. So now you have an actual testimony. ... be nice guys.

Hello Daylynne,
Thank you for your feed back on the MMM.
Can you please elaborate more on the section with a full turnkey operation (148).
I tend to take in consideration your actual testimony.
Regards
A.

I think that Maverick Money Makers is a great place for newbies to get started with afilliate marketing techniqes. If you're experienced it will have little value for you since tmoste of the material are tried and old techniques that you could find for free in the the Warriers Forum or here.
My adivice is if you are new to Internet marketing. Join Maverick Money Makers. Get what information you can from the group then quit...

Interesting feedback from all, MMM sounds overrated to me for the price compared to other programs out there.

Hi Aleksandar... Its refreshing to see someone actually want to gain some knowledge from someone elses experience. Maybe some of the full turnkey courses may be old, but they look pretty saleable to me. (although I'm not a rank Newbie) I dont think this is the place to list all the courses that MMM has in the turnkey section. So, I'm listing a few of them here. This is a sample of what most of them include: This is titled: Face Book Profits and includes: 1 90 pg Ebook 12 Sales Emails ready to send A day-to-day email course (5 lessons) 11 editable articles Keyword lists Keyword researchs 3 complete audio sales pitches Landing page Sales page resale rights thank you pages
A few of the many turnkey products offered: AdSense Revenue Exposed Advanced SEO Becoming Debt Free Bloggers Guide to Profits Article Page Machine Content Creation Secrets Easy Selling Software Domain Name Money Joint Venture List Building Niche Marketing Profits Viral Article Toolkit Viral Traffic Generation
All in all I think that these are well worth the $97 and then some. They all include most of the things I itemized above. If you would like more information, I would be glad to supply it... if you can contact me outside this forum (so we dont bore everyone else) But I actually think the section titled Quick Money Blueprints, containing 8 sections, which is my favorite, it is really the insider secrets type of thing and easy to understand and follow.
My answer to Dlozen: I'm sorry, but although you are entitled to your own opinion on anything, I think the comments you made should only be made if you had actually been a member and have seen the offerings in the entire Club. Otherwise how could you possibily pass judgement on the content (not knowing what the content was). Thanks all I hope this helps some of you. Be nice guys... we're here to try to help one another, not to try to ruin people.

Daylynne,
Thanks for your posts - it's good to see that at least one of your number has some nice things to say about MMM.
And you're absolutely right that passing judgement on a program that one may not even have used is unfair.
It is funny how there is such uncertainty surrounding MMM though - perhaps it's a case of Mack employing so many borderline marketing methods that people began to suspect all was not right.
Such as claiming to be featured on those media broadcasters - was this true? Or was this a 'white' lie to convince more people to buy the product which could well be good value?
Same goes for the 'only X copies left' approach - this is a common one across the board so I'm not singling out Mack here - but there is definitely a grey area in this internet marketing/affiliateship world where the 'truth is exaggerated' to MAKE people buy. Of course, this goes on in the real world too.
It seems that people lack patience or confidence in their product - if it is a real, genuine product, people will buy it in time, and they will recommend it to their friends.
If it really is that good, why tell people they have to buy it now because there's only 3 left, or (perhaps) falsely claim that their product was featured in Time Magazines top 100 cash generating programs in 2007.
You don't have to lie... just say, buy it today, make money tonight - that's not a lie...
But then maybe you won't make money so fast... hmmm.
I sense a whole debate about the ethics of marketing coming on... but I'll save that for another day.
Before I bail out, Daylynne, would you be at liberty to say how much you've earned using MMM's techniques? From your first month with them up until today?
Your comments are appreciated and I think it'll be good for everyone to see that MMM does promote genuine, good quality methods with very good supporting material.
It would be nice to know that, whether his name is Mack or Chris, that he's delivering a product that people can have some faith in.
And of course, any more thoughts from everyone are appreciated in response to this post. As always!
Have a good one everybody and catch you later,
IP

Hi, I have been a MMM member for a month, and then given it up, not because I thought it was not worth it but rather because I realized that I needed a platform for the basics, and MMM is not a place to go when you are just an online newbie. Good places to start with, and I did that, is a combo of One Week Marketing Action Plan, and My Online Income System (no/ or almost no hidden costs). Roseanne

I've been in it a long while now and it is 100% legit. You get a lot of support to help you and if it is not for you, then you can claim a refund.

Why not? I don't think it's a insulting.
Though I'm a bit confused... how is it relevant to the thread?

97 a month is nuts. Of course, he's making a killing and I'm sure we'll see the 'screen shot proof' sometime soon.
The same information is available for MUCH less if you're willing to take the time to look. Nobody has a stronghold on the 'secrets', whatever that means (nothing).
Like many product creators, he's making the bulk of his money on the product, not the information that's in it.

Yes Maverick Money Makers is very legit. The information I learned to create my own income with many different ideas and marketing strategies is invaluable.
It has been one of the best investments I have ever made.

Mack comes across as a very nice & approachable guy. But I've heard a mixed response with regard to the afilliate products you promote & about the case of saturation. There nothing original in what he does, although he is brilliant in marketing his products & services !

I tried Money Maverick Makers... I don't know if it was a scam but it was not showing me a return on the investment. I don't mind paying $97 or $497 as long as I see the system will work.
Right now I am looking into newer programs and I find their is so much hype out their. All these guys are selling stuff, but I wonder if they really do those numbers from real businesses.
My opinion of Maverick Money Makers is C+
Its not bad... and it has alot of good looking videos but I don't think I was to impressed with the over all search engine marketing of it. What I find is no one helps you develop systems to get you up an running.
I don't mind the work but I think it would help to put these courses in a system that one can use and make some decent return then help to build their own business.
I am open to newer courses now, does any one seen any good internet marketing courses?
Do you think membership programs are worth it or should you look for a one time payment course.
Also, does click bank have good products?
Thanks
Maurice
