Is anyone having any success with the leads that you get with Paul Birdsall's Streamline Funnel System. Is it worth paying for the leads at that price of @ $40 monthly?

I followed this thing through the prelaunch. I got in early and had nearly 30,000 people underneath me. I was curious how this thing was going to work. On launch night, they seemed to change their tune. Instead of paying $9.95 to get in and then split the profits in half with the company, it turned out to be 9.95 for the first 3 days, then 39.95 a month after that. For everyone who joins underneath you and pays 39.95, you would get a $15 commission (not quite the 50% they promised).
Here's the kicker. They promised they would send out your link to 10,000 double opt in leads. That changed too. Now, it is that you are put on a rotator with 25 other people for those 10,000 leads, meaning that you would only end up with about 400 leads.
This is how I understood it anyways. If I'm wrong, feel free to correct me. I'm just glad that I watched this thing play out rather than lose money to it.

Usually, paying for leads and that kind of thing is a waste of money...

getagrip: Usually, paying for leads and that kind of thing is a waste of money... Couldn't agree more. The only good leads are those you generate yourself.
Let's do some math:
You pay 39.95 every month to get leads, who are already involved in any kind of MLM or so (why would they join otherwise?), and you get your ads visited by 400 people (??????). The best sales page converts at 1-2%.
Another scenario: You pay 10-20 every month for your own autoresponder, 0-10 for your webhosting, and you can generate laser targeted traffic to your own capture pages (taylored to fit with your audience) for free.
My opinion: never buy or pay anyone to generate leads for you.

Hi,
Do not throw away your money paying for your leads.
You have to learn to use Niche Marketing, which is about finding a particular subject to find the most specific group of people to market to as possible.
Hope this helps.
All the best, Paolo

A quick lesson on marketing. First of all people actually go to universities and earn degrees in this field and are paid big bucks to implement cost effective programs.
To undercut the importance of education in this field leads to total failure. Now lets look at the internet, people always say that the internet is the key to advertising your progam to the masses. Now this can be true if you spent the time and mastered just one of the many ways to advertize. Of course these venues ( the one your on now) do not work in general because your preaching to the choir. Everbody is trying to convince each other that there program is the best.
The next big waste of time is free classified ads. Why? The above reason applies.
So, unless you are prepared to take the time and study at least one way of advertizing, be it e-mail campaigns, ppc, search engines or blogs or a host of many, then just don't bother.
Learn one skill before you try to learn the next. If you follow this simple advice, you will do much better.

The Streamline Funnel System actually has me fairly worried right now... I paid the 10 bucks to join thinking this might actually be a good thing... 10 bucks for 10K leads ... Didn't sound like a big waste to me as well and like cashman said the whole tune did change so I immediately sent an email request to Refund my money and get my aff link out of the system I have yet to receive a reply yet and I found in the back office ( I might add that this website is junk) that They do not offer refunds so I really just want out now and to not be charged 50bucks for 400 leads that are not guaranteed to pay.

I joined Streamlime Funnel System about 2 or 3 weeks ago. now I would like to cancel my membership but can not. In the back office they say to send a e-mail from support . When I go to support all I see is a list of about 10 answers for other questions that people may have. No way to send a e-mail. So how do I cancel this B.S.

Hi Everybody,
I have tried a host of opportunities and wasted numerous amounts of cash.. Every opportunity will require work. It is defiantely a matter of teaching yourself the necessary skills to be successful online. Unfortunately most programs like 'Streamline funnel' do not refund your money.
Best way to cancel the membership would be to review the policy and your agreement and go from there.

Hey FreeCashMan,
There are a lot of ways getting FREE leads. Stop waisting your money paying for it.
As for skills, Melkooner, I would say you need to do some research and get the knowledge to which program you want to learn from and put that into action.
Never join if there is a no money refund guarantee (if not offered), or cancellation at any time of your subscription.
More than likely it is a scam.
All the best.

It looks like their website is down right now.
I paid for the extra leads and now I have no way of knowing what is actually going on?
It seemed like a good precept but now I wonder?
Maybe I should have 'wondered' a bit earlier.

All I am trying to do is expose some of the real money sucking programs out there to shed light on the real dangers of joining some of these programs. A lot of my posts get deleted because I go over board at times. I feel sorry for people who spend what little money they have on a hope and a prayer, just trying to earn an honest income from home. All these "lazy man's way of getting rich with this system and that system are all flawed and desighned to grab your money then fold the tent until they develope a new scheme and start all over again. The best advise I can give somebody with talent and skills is to find something that you like and then beat the bushes and find a opportunity that has a real marketable product. I am in the resort marketing field and I can find many companies that will allow me to work from home on an "Independant Contractor " basis. This never costs me a dime and I make good money, plus I sleep well at night, knowning I'm not part of a scheme somebody put together overnight. So in conclusion, There is never a free ride and no magic systems, no matter how hard they try to convince you. If you been involved in tradional sales in the real world put that into use and find something you can be proud of. Thanks, Skydancer

Interesting,
You can always use a big brush to paint all programs as a scam, but it doesn't work that way, and to blantantly bashing them all as some self proclaimed savior is not helping anyone. If I make a comment about a program, it is from first hand knowledge, and as far as I can see, StreamLine has not even launched yet, or is just about to, so how can anyone make a judgement call with no proof about if system works or not?
I like to give most the benefit of the doubt first, unless of course owners have a dubious record of scamming people, and I have a long list I have built on these types. Paul is hardly a scammer, and if he says he has created a better mouse trap for lead building, I have to believe him until proven otherwise. Time will tell, but to call it a scam before it even launches is doing more harm than good. For only $10. to start, then a step up option to $40., this is not an expensive system to test before blasting it blindly. Who is going to respect someone for voicing only second hand opinion? I know I wouldn't.
I research them all, and why, because those with the largest list wins, so anything which states it will build my list, without much out of pocket, I will beta test. I did the same with PBX, and I did get leads list of 220, and made some money, but in reality, this deal died on the vine after six months, and for the same reason most fail, too many people quit too soon. Sadly, this is how I saw PBX, and so did everyone else, so most lost a couple bucks, and as I see, very few other than the big list guru's made any money.
Simply put, if you have not tried a program personally, or know of the owners who had scammed you before, then don't bash every single program as if they were all scams, they are not all the same, and having tested dozens every year, some are indeed very much worth it, and StreamLineFunnel just may turn out to be a winner, no one knows for sure yet, not even me, but you have to be in it to win it, and I look for automated list building systems all the time since I work more than one business and I never have enough leads. lol
Success to all,

Well its going to get interest with SFS. They are finally ready to take off after some payment processing issues. All the scam claims are without merit from what I can tell. But I'd like to see if this autobiz system can deliver, in whole or part. Good fortune of course is wished upon all involved.

With SFS a lot of people would say the completely hands off approach. Building your list generating all the free leads you want while sfs is doing work in the background and the commissions that are going along with it.

I get plenty of free leads from articles, forums, videos, but that doesn't mean that a paid lead service isn't worth it. Just ask those making a fortune from search engine PPC.
Anyhow as to SFS you are not buying leads for any and every biz opp, SFS is a system for building a your SFS biz on auto pilot part of the product/service is the leads.
