I read Honest Income - and it does have some good advise, but I couldn't follow some of the advise. The Google Adwords part of the ebook is extremely outdated, and the author recommends promoting a particular acne ebook, which has gotten some serious complaints on "money back guarantee" issues in certain forums (which I don't think the author of Honest Income is aware of these complaints, however). The author also says in the end of the ebook that you can join his affiliate program by joining the Secrets of the Big Dogs affiliate program...at a cost - when he should be telling you that you can promote his product for free using Clickbank' affiliate program. Not very honest if you ask me...

Secrets of the Big Dogs is not "his" affiliate program, and if you are really against him, you do not have to sign up under him, although that would really be against the whole 'Affiliate Marketing" and Multi-Tier system, wouldn't it? He also states that you should not try this until After you have been using the other 2 systems and making money with them, so you are really not out any money, just using what you already made from the other 2.

As for the "acne' book, i have made over $90 with is so far this month and it is is only the 1st week of the month.

I like the program, and it is real. It is a good program for anyone that is just starting off, or who wants to make a modest income online. It won't make you Rich, but it will help pay the bills.

Got a review of it on my website if anyone is interested....

Rich the Jerk.

I'm not against him - and he does have some good info in his ebook - but I think that he should tell people that they can sign up for his affiliate program for free without going through Big Dogs. That's all I'm saying.

With regard to the acne book, below is a link to some forum posts about it - and people aren't happy with it (warning, the post has some bad language in it). Read post #10 about how the guy tried to get a refund but was ignored.

http://www.acne.org/messageboard/index.php?showtopic=77194&st=0&p=8866 39&#entry886639

I'm sure I could make some moneywith the acne ebook, but I won't do it because it appears that the author ignores refund requests (according to the forum post above), and there is just too much sketchy information about that ebook online...but I don't think that most people who promote this ebook are aware of stuff like this.

Well, here's the thing.. Not for nothing, but there is more than one type of acne. Some can have craters in their face, the size of small pebbles and they want that to disappear. Either way, the point of the matter is this... there are other programs besides the Acne Book that you can use. It works for me a little, and like stated above, you are not going to get Rich with it, but you will make some kind of living. You don't have to eat Steak and Lobster Every Night, is my saying.

If you work the program, you will make money. Plain and simple. So far, I have not had a return, on any of the 4 books that I sell and promote through that program.

If anyone is lost in the convo, you can read a review of the program in question at my site. It is one of the 3 that I use frequently, and it is a good starting point.

For the most part, I liked Honest Income Program. I definately think there are some good money making ideas in it which are very practical - and, Steve, the author, seems like a good guy.

However, I found things in it I could not do - like promote an acne ebook which people call a scam and say they can't get refunds for when they ask for one. I also read online somewhere that some of the photos of people giving tetimonials from that ance ebook were actually from a different website, which smells scam to me. But again, I don't think Steve and most other people who promote the acne ebook are aware of this...

So, my advice to anyone reading this is that The Honest Income Program is a good ebook and by all means order it from RichTheJerk's website (your welcome). However, I wouldn't recommend promoting the acne (or mole) ebook mentioned in Honest Income because of the problems associated with it mentioned above...and if you want to promote the Honest Income ebook, realize you don't absolutely HAVE To join Big Dogs to promote it.

The Thank You Rich Ebook, however, (also known as Honest Riches and Money Making Secrets Revealed) is also a very good ebook. You can make money by applying the pricinples in either ebook.

Looks like Holly raised the price of her ebook to $27. It started out at $14.95 and then was raised to $19.95. I wonder if she is planning to go above $27??? I think Hollly's ebook is better than many ebooks on how to make money which are priced above $40.

So one can try it. If not satisfied, we could refund it. By the way, what's the refund period?

Hollys ebook was pretty good although she didn't go into a whole lot of detail in places such as Adwords techniques, etc. but rather it was an overview for newbies with a handful of starter techniques. It's a case of you get what you pay for... But The Rich Jerk also didn't go into much detail and was an overview for intermediates. So comparing the two I will have to say that Hollys course is a better buy.

As for Honest Income Program I was unimpressed. I don't recommend it.

I've had more success from Holly Mann's ebook than the Rich Jerk ebook.. but they are both great.

The Rich Jerk decreased the price of his ebook from $49.95 to $9.95! I bet he did that because Holly Mann was selling her book for half the price of the Rich Jerk ebook.

Is Holly Mann Really So Honest? I've been trying for two weeks to get an update for her ebook. I explained to her that my computer had crashed and I didn't have the purchase receipt to send her. If Holly is as experienced online as she claims...It would have taken her seconds to review her PayPal History to find where I had paid her for the ebook and her software in the past. The software was a big let down...It did not pull articles from the Larger Article Web Sites as I was led to believe. The ebook was just ok, but I was hoping the update would be better... I don't plan on paying her again to find out if her ebook has improved with time.
Disappointed With Holly Mann!

Yeah, she is honest, and the exact same thing happened to me. She immediately gave me access to her new ebook even though I didnt have the reciept.

In regard to the prior post ...I feel Holly Mann dropped the ball on this one. Over two weeks later, 4 emails and I had to go into PayPal and search the history for her to get the receipt. I finally received the ebook update after I emailed the receipt to her. Her reply was her words >>>>>"Oh I thought I had sent you the updated ebook." She responded to the emails I sent, but she knows full well she hadn't sent the update.
I would not purchase any future products from Holly Mann.

Its too bad Holly dropped the ball. I'm not quite as big of a Holly Mann fan as I used to be, but I still think she has a great product, and even though she dragged her feet a little, at least she did respond. There are many merchants out there who will totally ignore you and will never respond to you at all...

She is probably just overwhelmed with how many customers she has. I heard she has sold over 10,000 of her ebooks, so she probably can't keep up with every single email she gets.

Affiliate Jobs ...... why did you need to bother Holly about the e-book?

Didn't you have a back-up?

FWIW, Holly Mann is one of the most genuine folks you could ever hope to know. She has other customers besides you AJ.

She spends 2+ hours a day just dealing with e-mail, because she still wants to respond to all her customers personally....... she tries harder than most to be kind to everyone she meets, and donates time and money to orphans as an ongoing personal interest.

I realize, you might just be having a bad few days....... but it would be sporting of you, to refrain from disparaging someone you don't know anything about..... don't you think?

Her book is titles Honest Riches, not Honestly Never Make Any Mistakes. We all drop the ball once in awhile.

I mean no offense AJ..... but you're talking about someone who I care about, and respect, and I don't think you even know her.

Warm regards,

Dave Yates

One of the biggest reasons why so many don't make money with programs like the Rich Jerk is because the step by step is not layed out in an easy to follow fashion.

The product can be good and can help a person make money online, but again if you can't understand it and follow it then you can't make money.

I have heard that some programs online have a high return rate simply because it is hard to follow the instructions. Sometimes the instructions are a foreign langauge for them to read.

Don't forget that sometimes, people think that they will make money simply by purchasing the program and that money will come in with no effort of their part.

Some people think that Success comes before work. The only place the success comes before work is in the dictionary.
