Hi Flo,
If you are running into problems with paying your subscription then it would be best for you to get in touch with Affiliate Services, as I don't want to give you any wrong information.
Payments for subscriptions are processed on the Saturday following your due date, so if your due date is on the 14th of the month, then your next subscription payment will be due on Saturday the 18th this month.

Hello Annette,
Thanks for the info. Any idea once that date passes, what happens? I have already written to Support and I'm awaiting their response.
Hope they give me the choice of paying from funds in my STP or Alertpay account.
I got this message from STP yesterday :
Thanks and have a nice day.
Flo

I have heard others say that when they missed their payment, they were downgraded to Free Affiliate status until the payment was made. Nothing was lost, but they couldn't earn from the profit share until they upgraded again.
While waiting to hear from affiliate services, you could try contacting your bank to make sure everything looks okay on that end. And you can ask AP and STP related questions through each of their own customer services departments. (The message you got from STP didn't post).
If you know that the problem is not with your debit card or your bank, then perhaps it's an international type of glitch in ZR's system. If it turns out that the problem is on ZR's side or affiliate services doesn't get back to you in time, be sure and bring that to their attention so they can make up for any days you missed from the profit share.
If you should get downgraded, then as soon as that happens, try again to 'update' your payment information in your back office with the payment method of your choice, and see if it goes through.
I hope you get a response soon, but either way hang in there. They will help you sort things out eventually.

Dear Annette,
Thanks so much for the valuable information you have given me. I have already sent out messages to AlertPay, STP, Affiliate Services and my banks. So far I hv recd only STP's response. My Sponsor too has suggested that as soon as I am downgraded to Free Member, I should upgrade using STP and that the monthly subscription will go out automatically, provided I have funds in my STP account. I'll make sure I have funds there so that I don't encounter any problem again.
The STP msg reads as follows :
Subscription Cancellation Advice A subscriber has cancelled their subscription with you. Subscription No: 1817 Product: Zeekrewards Subscriber: Email: Regards SolidTrust Pay Merchant Support
I wrote to them about this and I got their reply as follows :
The messsage shows you have cancelled a subscription.
I again wrote to them and got the following reply :
You will subscribe to them following their instructions. then your only responsibility will be to ensure that there are enough funds in your account mnthly to make the payment.
I have reproduced this msg to ZR and I'm awaiting their response. In the meantime, if you could throw some light on this, it will greatly help.
Annette, I just don't have words to thanks you for all the help you have given me since I visited the forum.
Bye
Flo

I'm glad to help out when I can. Wish I had all the answers, but I haven't used STP to pay my subscription, so I'm not able to say what you should do if you're having trouble with it in your back office.
It sounds like you've done everything you can at this point. Hopefully you'll get some answers soon.

Azza: I just want to understand how the business grows as everybody says. Welcome to the forum Azza
Be sure to get in touch with your sponsor for guidance. Also, read through your ZeekRewards site such as the "How It Works" section and the 'Getting Started Guide' in your back office, so you can get a better understanding of how things work. You'll also find some answers to your questions in this thread if you get the chance to read through it.

Good News!
Many of you may have received notice by now about the upcoming Affiliate Support Center. Not only will we have affiliate services answering tickets as they do now, but we'll also have customer support over the phone and an online chat feature to assist people while they are visiting your site!
The call center is now officially open! 888 927 ZEEK (9335) (You will see the number listed at the bottom of your site).
A recording of Monday night's call with all the details is in your back office, and there is also information at ZeekRewards News.

I am new to zeek and I have invested a lot. I took a gamble and invested in with 2k. I been on with zeek for 2 weeks and I currently have 2.5k now.
I was wondering, would it be better to go with Silver or diamond. Can anyone explain the difference?
I have no one in my matrix. and recruited no one.
___
Okay question 2.
Would it be better for me to recruit people and tell them to upgrade to diamond or silver. Would it be better for me as Diamond. I understand the matrix benefit, but does that include other things, or is it only apply to the matrix that diamond is better than silver.

Welcome to the forum
Here are some differences of each level:
Free Affiliate (at no cost) receives: Replicated business and auction website eCommerce Retail Store Shopping Daisy Web-based Application Position in the 2x5 matrix Receives 100 Bonus Points

The affiliate level a person upgrades to is a matter of personal choice, budget, and goals. Also consider the amount of bids being purchased along with how many customers would be needed. The "Get Paid" section (Premium Subscriptions, Qualifications/Ranks, and Matrix) of the ZR site explains things in more detail.

Some info on Personal Volume and Ranks:
All ZeekRewards affiliates (regardless of their level) can earn their way up the ranks. When you buy or sell a Premium Subscription, you earn the PV associated with that subscription. PV is as follows: Silver = 10 pv, Gold = 50 pv, Diamond = 100 pv.
PV from your own subscription or on the sale of your first personally sponsored Premium Subscription qualifies you to earn on your first level Sample Bid sales through ZeekRewards: Buy or sell a Silver subscription: Receive 10pv and be paid 5% of all Sample Bid purchases by affiliates you've sponsored. Buy or sell a Gold subscription: Receive 50pv and be paid 7% of all Sample Bid purchases by affiliates you've sponsored. Buy or sell a Diamond subscription: Receive 100pv and be paid 10% of all Sample Bid purchases by affiliates you've sponsored.
No matter what your rank or subscription level is, every affiliate earns: 20% on all personally sponsored affiliate's monthly subscriptions at ZeekRewards. 20% on all personally referred customer's retail bid pack purchases at Zeekler.
More in-depth details are in the "Get Paid" (Qualifications) section at ZR.

So I would earn the same amount as I would if I was Silver or Diamond?
But what if I plan not to have any zeekler customers and have no one in my matrix.
Would it be better for me to have Silver, since I pay less than diamond?
Because my friend wants to purchase 2000 bids and want to go silver and my other friend started diamond and have 2000 VIP bids and said to change to silver.
I am confused with this, do you think its better to earn silver instead then? Since they both have no one in their matrix or have zeekler customers.

It's important that you contact your sponsor for guidance and read through your ZR site to get a better understanding of how things work.
gorunfasterz: So I would earn the same amount as I would if I was Silver or Diamond? Each individual VIP point earns the same % from the profit share. But each higher premium subscription level has the ability to purchase more VIP bids with out-of-pocket funds, receive more bonus points upon first joining ZR, and earn more from the matrix.
gorunfasterz: But what if I plan not to have any zeekler customers and have no one in my matrix. If you don't have any Zeekler customers then you won't be able to earn from the retail profit pool. (Keep in mind that you can sign up for the 5cc if you need help obtaining customers). If you don't sponsor any ZR affiliates then you can still earn from the retail profit pool provided you upgrade to at least the Silver level, purchase a minimum of 10 Sample Bids, and have a Zeekler customer to give those bids to as samples. Also always remember to place your daily ad.
gorunfasterz: Because my friend wants to purchase 2000 bids and want to go silver and my other friend started diamond and have 2000 VIP bids and said to change to silver. Each affiliate level has a maximum amount of Sample Bids (VIP bids) that can be purchased with external (out-of-pocket) funds. (Please see post #154 where I listed the different levels for you). If someone wants to start with a Sample Bid purchase of 2000 bids, they would need to start with either Gold or Diamond.
As I mentioned above: The affiliate level a person upgrades to is a matter of personal choice, budget, and goals. Also consider the amount of bids being purchased along with how many customers would be needed. The "Get Paid" section (Premium Subscriptions, Qualifications/Ranks, and Matrix) of the ZR site explains things in more detail.

Oka, that was an awesome explantation. Thanks, I really appreciate it. One question I am 10% not clear on. Correct me if I am wrong.
So if I want to purchase 2k bids, then I would start off with Diamond, but after that, I can become Silver right? Since the out of pocket purchase daily profit for silver is same, so I would be making about 40 dollar a day, and silver can give up to 100 bids per day to the co-op right? And when I begin making 101$ I should upgrade to gold, since the max silver can give is 100 bids to the co-op right?
Okay, I just found out that there is a report for 2011... I am soooo confused and having second thoughts right now.
Everything that I repurchase is ALSO consider my income? What? So if I make like 20k a year from repurchase and never take out a single penny, I would still have to file that? WHAT? That does not make sense to me... Is it worth it? How am I suppose to know if the company won't die out and steal my money? I having second thought. Someone please lead me to the right direction and you thought and lasting about the company.

gorunfasterz: So if I want to purchase 2k bids, then I would start off with Diamond, but after that, I can become Silver right? If a person wants to be a Silver, then they should start as a Silver. They can purchase more bids when they're ready to upgrade. To join at the Diamond level, and then downgrade to Silver, would mean losing the benefits that Diamond offers. And again, consider the amount of customers needed (see post #153).
You stated in your previous post (#151) that you already joined 2 weeks ago with 2k. So again, you should get in touch with your sponsor for guidance. You can also contact affiliate services with questions. Maybe someone else here will have some additional information for you, as I would just be repeating information already provided.
As far as the taxes go, this is the first year that ZR affiliates will be working with it. The 1099s have just recently went out and people are still determining what can be considered as a business expense. And the best way to do that is with your own tax advisor, just as you would with any business.

steve walker: hi if i don't want to sponsor anyone and just pay for the 5cc will zeek stop this after a while does anyone know ? Hi Steve,
You can save money and avoid the wait time associated with the 5cc by sponsoring free customers personally, and they also tend to have a stronger retention rate (so they may decide to purchase some retail bids). But you can stay with the 5cc if you want. I have not heard anything about ZR stopping the 5cc at this point.
