Elysium,

Since I didn't wait for 60 days to let my bonus points turned into VIP points by upgrading to silver, is my current points still be converted points after 60 days? my earnings is very small because a little VIP points right now. Any suggestions if how can I make my VIP points higher? Thanks for all the support here.. I am having a hard time because my sponsor also didn't know how it works. Thanks in advance.

Yes, bonus points will automatically become VIP points on their own after 60 days for all affiliates. But remember that the initial amount you started with will retire, and only the bonus points you earned during the 60 days is what will transfer over into VIP points.

You can purchase more VIP bids to give away to Zeekler customers to increase your VIP points, but otherwise just try to be patient and your points will grow over time. Keep your 'Bid Repurchase Preference' at 100% to automatically repurchase more VIP bids with your cash rewards earnings (in the 'Retail Profit Pool Report' area of your back office).

Right now you'll want to focus on getting at least 1 Zeekler customer so that your VIP bids will turn into VIP points and start earning daily. And don't forget to keep doing your 1 daily ad.

Hello
I sent these questions to affiliate services 5 days or more ago. I know they are swamped so I thought possibly people here may know the answers?

Subject: I have 6 or 7 questions hope you can answer my upline does not know Submitted: 1/17/2012 10:02:40 PM

Question:
2. How and where can I see if zeekler auction customers purchased bids, and I get credit?
3. Should I give more than 25 bids away? All of my customers have maxed out with free bids, do I need to turn the rotator back on when all are maxed out?
4. If a customer I got from rotator buys bids do I get commission?
5. Bonus points: 2 days ago I had accumulated 352 bonus points, yesterday all my bonus points were removed (from 60 day drop off?) so I have zero"0" bonus points. 209 points were transferred to my vip points not all 352 why?
6. I do not understand the Bid give manager. When can I use the drop down box and give points to affiliates, and or specific zeekler customers?
7. Can people downgrade from diamond, or gold to silver? How?
8. I have some dead affiliates in my matrix can they be removed? how? and how does it affect the matrix?
Thanks my upline could not answer, my downline asked me a few of these questions I did not know

Affiliate Services is behind on responses while they are training new staff. It's part of the growing pains of a business that is booming. My last question to them took about 2 weeks for a response.

I will try to answer your questions the best I can for now:

2. At this time I don't believe that you're able to 'see' the purchases your Zeekler customers make, but you do earn 20% and one point on every dollar your Zeekler customers spend on bids. (most only use the free bids).
3. It's up to you what you want to set your bid give at. Once they receive that amount, the system will go back and give them the rest over time as you purchase (and repurchase) VIP bids until your customers have received the max that you can give for your level. If all your customers have received the max amount, then you'll need more customers. (Silver max is 100, Gold max is 500, Diamond max is 1000 per customer).
4. You'll receive commissions from all Zeekler customers in your back office who make bid purchases.
5. On about day 61, your bonus points will go to 0 and you will see them transfer into VIP points. The initial amount that you started with will retire, and only the bonus points you earned during the 60 days is what will transfer over into VIP points. (If it has not been 60 days or you think the amount is wrong, then contact affiliate services).
6. Your 'bid give' has a default setting of 25 bids. Any affiliate level, other than free affiliate, can click on the drop down menu and click on the choice of the bid give amount they prefer. This is only for what your customers will receive when they first sign up. The rest is given to them over time by the system as you repurchase bids, until they have received the max amount you can give for your level.
7. You can downgrade by sending a request through 'Contact Affiliate Services' in your back office.
8. Affiliates are not removed, but free and inactive subscribers are compressed out during commission runs.

I hope that helps a little.

Did I miss some of your questions, or not give you the answers you were looking for in my previous post? Maybe someone else here can give you more answers.

I hope you hear from affiliate services soon.

Sorry maybe I replied too quick, I did not see the answers. The only one that may have been missunderstood is #6. I am referring to the 2 drop downs near top of page. At one time I could select specific affiliates, and customers to give bids to. Now I cannot choose. Says "0" bids to give away, and talks about advancing bids. Do you have insight to these areas?
Thanks for the other answers.

From what I understand, affiliates are automatically enrolled into the company bid pool when they join ZR. Your customers are advanced bids from the company pool when they first sign up. So the VIP bids you purchase and repurchase are put into the company pool to 'pay back' those bids that were advanced to your customers.

If you see a number down where it says "Current Bid Advance" then that means your VIP bids will keep going into the pool to pay back that advance.

If anyone should have any info to share or knows the answer to a question they see, please post it. ZR is an ongoing learning experience for all of us. It's great seeing so many affiliates as ZR continues to grow!

To keep up with news and learn more about the business, be sure to:
1. Subscribe to ZeekRewards News (and visit it now and then).
2. Attend the live calls when you can (not all calls are recorded).
3. Read through the ZR website and FAQs.
(Links for ZeekRewards News and FAQs are at the bottom of ZR site).

It shows "0" for that number Current bid advance
says "0" bids I can give away also
Most my points seem to go to company pool as I have maxed out my customers. One freky thing is the 5cc rotator has given me only 1 customer in 10 weeks, my new affiliate 12 days old has 4 customers from the rotator.

Oh, okay. So it sounds like the customers in your back office have received all the bids they can from you, and since you have no new customers of your own, the bids are now going into the company pool towards the 5cc.

Even though you are not seeing the 5cc customers yet (other than that 1), your bids are still going towards the 'placeholders' for the customers that will be added to your sponsorship report later when it's your turn in the rotator. That's a good thing, to avoid stalls in your growth.

I have heard the same thing, that some people receive the actual customers sooner than others from the 5cc. But the important thing is that your bids are still going into the pool and becoming points, so that you can continue to earn.

Hello Annette,

Any idea how the Retail Profit Share calculation is done?

Suppose a person has 200 in New Bonus Balance and the bonus for the following day is say 3, what will be the cash award with 100% repurchase?

Hi Flo,

I'm not sure that I understand your question, but bonus points don't earn cash awards. Once your bonus points balance transfers to VIP points, then you start earning cash awards from the daily profit share.

If you click on "Retail Profit Pool Report" in your back office, and look right above the blue and green boxes, you will see "Click Here to learn how to read your VIP Retail Profit Pool Report" and that explains how your Bonus Balance, VIP bids, Repurchase, etc., all work each day.

Please let me know if that didn't answer your question.

Dear members,

Zeek is going thru is growing pain and that's understandable. But my local zeek group brought up good points. Some rules does not quite make sense. I don't know all the answer so I hope someone can shine the light or share your thoughts on compliance rules with me.

1. In an Multilevel marketing, what's good for the bottom people is good for the people at the top. So why the rule against stacking? Wouldn't that bring in more money for the company? Is there an up line complaining not making enough money?

2. The rule said we cannot show checks or back office because that is an enticement, doesn't every business "entice'' ? Not having something to show the customers what we say is true or simply to show how points, bonuses works is a real bummer.

3. Many work at home biz posted earning samples, etc to entice customers with a disclaimer that "their individual result will varies". Zeek can't do the same?

Those are some good questions.
Here are my findings and thoughts:

1. This is what the FAQ at ZR says about stacking:

We have a firm no stacking policy at Zeekler/ZeekRewards.
Definition: Stacking occurs when multiple subscribers of a household sponsor each other and purchase product from the bottom of the stack in order to earn multiple levels of commissions on their own purchases and prevent their upline sponsor from earning on the referral of said affiliate/family into the program.

2. Not everyone's income results will be the same. It can be misleading. Personally, the last thing I would want is to bring someone into ZR thinking they will make a certain amount of income that they may never reach. They wouldn't be very happy with me, or the company... and then the bad rumors of 'scam' start. Compliance training will show the right and wrong way to go about these things.

3. I kinda like that Zeek isn't the 'same' as others. They are taking steps to ensure that this business will be around for many years. Once we go through compliance training, I think we will be able to advertise in many ways... just with much better knowledge on how to do it the correct way, and without jeopardizing the business. Many of these current restrictions are temporary until we are certified.

Would enjoy hearing the thoughts of others as well.
