I just signed up yesterday to help my Aunt out who is an affiliate. I am going to be in the process of upgrading as a silver. What does this allow me to do exactly.

Hi,
Did you ever get this message from STP for your renewal subscription? SolidTrust Pay Failed Automatic Subscription Payment I have enough money in my account. We are two affiliates in the same STP account. One has succeeded and the other has failed.
I don't know what to do. I think STP will keep trying everyday until I stop it. Thanks for you comments.

I don't know about upgrading, it seems like there is a lot of confusion with members. Is this difficult?

No, it is not difficult. It is one of the best thing in making money that I have since many years. I really trust and believe in ZR.
However, I believe that the growth of the business is very fast and ZR, STP, AlertPay or any associates with ZR are working very hard to follow the train. They are doing a good job but some problems may occur once in a while.

Still up in the air about it. If I become a silver member I am only becoming a paid customer correct? My Aunt was looking for my help by getting a customer signed up. Maybe over time I will become an affiliate, but have a hard time doing that when I am believing I am with the best company out there right now.
If I do become an affiliate I just want to make sure that it does not get in the way of what I am working already. Normally I only concentrate on one business, but it does seem like zeekrewards is also a good program. My aunt is not very good at understanding out it all works. She just knows that it is working.
Thanks, Chad

If you become a silver member you will be an affiliate with all the advantages that come with it. You will have to buy a minimum of 10 VPI bids and place an ad every day. If you have time, please start at page 1 of this forum. Very good affiliates give good infos. It was very useful for me.
Good for you if you are with the best company out there right now. Can you imagine to be with two?

She thinks if I become a silver I am just buying bids. I will be an affiliate then. She says she needs two customers to be just that and not affiliates. Is she correct?

Yes, you will be an affiliate if you upgrade to silver. She needs customers to give her bids in order to get her VIP points. She does not need affiliates. I will suggest to her to discuss with her sponsor for more details. I don't want to say things that are not right.

So to help her out do I just purchase so many bids a month? Or do I actually have to do some kind of upgrade.

I don't have all the details of her situation and it is not easy to explain it by email. It is safer if you discuss with her sponsor.
Sorry

I created a Zeekrewards account that had a glitch in it, so Zeekrewards told me to create a new account, so i did. They said they would credit my new account the $50 that i put into my old account. Its been 1.5 months since then and i havnt gotten anything. I open new tickets. I call. I chat online and i just get cut off by people who don't know how to deal with me. Anyone seen this before. Im extremely frustrated as im sure you can understand

It sounds like your Aunt wants you to sign up as a Zeekler PRC. Make sure she understands that she doesn't actually need any PRCs unless she was in the 5cc when it existed. If she does need PRCs and you decide to join, you can see what you will get with each subscription by clicking on the "BOGO on VIP Bids" picture logo on the right side of the Zeekler Penny Auction site.
Keep in mind that a 'PRC Zeekler Customer' is different from a 'ZeekRewards Affiliate'. Zeekler Customers do not place daily ads and do not earn from the daily profit share like ZeekRewards affiliates do.

I can certainly see why you're frustrated, 1.5 months is a pretty long time. If you haven't already, you could try sending an email to the compliance manager at [email protected] and see if they can correct things. You could also start a thread over at the Zeek Support Forum to bring it to the attention of Zeek people there as well.
I hope it gets resolved soon. ~Annette

ZeekRewards has been, and still is, a very rewarding experience for many people (including myself). But Zeek is going through several changes (with banks, eWallets, possible future merger, etc)... on top of its surge in growth. This has resulted in a number of issues that are not getting resolved as fast as they should be.
I personally am not placing ads to advertise the affiliate side of ZR anymore until some improvements are made. I understand that all businesses have their growing pains, but this is a bit more than I care for new affiliates to deal with. My hope is that Zeek will soon be back to running smoothly, so that we can all continue to enjoy this unique opportunity.

I am happy to read from you that you will not advertise the affiliate side of ZR until some improvements are made. I was thinking the same way. I will wait for a while. I hope that they will find an easiest way to pay our subscription and to buy bids. It is very long.
Do you have any idea about my situation #484?
Thanks

daniell21: Do you have any idea about my situation #484? No Daniel, I haven't come across anything like that. (I use commissions to pay for my monthly subscription). Do you have enough in the STP account to also cover the fee?
You might want to chat with STP to see if they can tell you if the problem is with them or with Zeek, and go from there. Just click on either "submit new ticket" or on the "?Live Help" button in the top right corner when it says it's 'online'. http://support.solidtrustpay.com/

I just noticed that ZR no longer send checks out to us. Although I requested mine 2 weeks ago, suppose to be send to me on 6/4. But, it not and has been stop now. So, the only way for me to receive the money is to setup one of the three online payment? AlertPay, STP, or NxPay. Are these safe and non-scammer? Which one is best and is there fees that we need to pay monthly? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
