What does this message mean that I received in my email from Zeeker?
"Congratulations on your newly sponsored customer! (customername) has just joined your organization through Zeekler.com as a FREE customer."
Does this mean I received a PRC (personal retail customer)?
Also, how do I find out how many, if any, PRCs I have?

For STP - You can look through their "FAQs" for questions. Also, in the upper right corner is a 'Help Centre' button you can click for support. You can look through their 'knowledge base', submit a ticket, or use the live chat feature.

I forgot, the Compliance Certification Course is now live. I didnt understand if we all have to do it, or only US members:
"US affiliates are mandated to pass the do's and don'ts course."

Is a new training course they recently announced in order to be compliant with laws in this business I think. Can be purchased with 5$. But for me it is not clear if it is mandatory for all, or only for US members, as I am from Europe and legislation might be different.
Shop4Fun: Also, anybody get today's share? It seems late today.
Until now I did not receive any share for today... but might be my fault as I had about one hour during which I had no ad posted

Each new affiliate receives a number of bonus points corresponding to their membership. They live for 60 days and you will be awarded new bonus points at the end of each day if you don't forget to place your daily ad. Bonus points retire after 60 days, when they turn into VIP points (the initial bonus will just disappear, only the bonus points you earned these 60 days by posting your daily ad will transfer to VIP points). After that you will not see anymore bonus points. It will be the VIP points you will be dealing with. I hope this helps a bit...

Hi delan, welcome to the forum.
I don't have any PRCs myself, but I've been told by my upline that if you have a PRC you'll see a paid retail silver, retail gold and/or retail diamond in your commission report. Maybe someone else here will have more information for you. It's more common for people to sign up as a free customer, and not a PRC.

I just found the RPP is process now, and I was told it delayed today.
Since you are not from US, how did you get the payment, you request the check , and ZK send you the check from US to Europe? by Regular mail? kind of afraid the check will get lost for long distance...

Bonus Points are pretty awesome. They give a person the opportunity to start experiencing ZeekRewards without putting a big hole in their wallet. For example, a free affiliate starts with 100 bonus points, and when those bonus points retire after 60 days, the 'balance' becomes VIP points. VIP points are how you earn cash rewards from the RPP (retail profit pool).
So say the total after 60 days was 250 bonus points... then the 100 bonus points you started with will retire, and the 'balance' (what you earned during the 60 days) of 150 bonus points automatically become VIP points that can start earning cash rewards. You just need to upgrade to at least a Silver level subscription and make a one-time minimum purchase of 10 VIP bids that go to a customer as free samples... and of course, place your daily ads.
VIP bids cost $1 per bid, so you just saved $150 in that example. If you only purchase the minimum requirement of 10 VIP bids when you upgrade, without any bonus points, you would only have 10 VIP points to earn from the RPP with. So bonus points are great to have.

I'm actually in the US (and I received my funds through STP). But I have heard of many people outside the US receive their checks without any problem. It just might take longer for the delivery.

In the 2 X 5 forced matrix, where people are automatically put under you in your downline, are they put under you even before you've personally sponsored 2 members? (I know you have to sponsor 2 members before receiving commissions.) In other words, when you sponsor 2 members, at that time will you have other people above them in your downline?
