It means you have no customers.
There are a couple of sites from where you can purchase customers. This is recommended by ZR. Unfortunately, I'm not able to find the link. Will get back to you when I get hold of the same.

Oh, but I am getting really confused as the message
Company Pool Resulted in 25 VIP Points and 1 Customers From the Customer Co-Op. You earned 25 VIP points from Giving Bids To Your New Customers From The Customer Co-Op
says I should have received one... that buying customer site, is it legal ?

You should have received an email from Zeekler with the following in the subject line:
Congratulations on your newly sponsored customer!
In that email the name of the customer should be mentioned.
As regards buying customers, yes its legal. Infact ZR has recommended the same. But I'm unable to find the link. Perhaps Annette would know.
Regards Flo

Elysium: Just thought I would mention that I submitted my first cash-out request... and I received it as scheduled! (In fact it was a day early). After being in so many Eysium, so you ask ZK to mail you the check or from AlertPay?

Shop4Fun I'm not sure how many bids can be given per customer per day; what I do know is that you can give 1000 bids to each of your customers.

Well now, that's interesting.
As Flo posted, you would usually receive an email announcing you had a new customer, as well as seeing them in your Sponsorship Report. But don't panic if you're not seeing these things yet, as it could be a delay or some new changes. If you are actually receiving a customer from the co-op, then your customer may not show yet since they are coming from the rotator.
The main thing is that your bids became points, so they can start earning from the retail profit pool. For now, just remember to keep doing your daily ad. I'm checking to see if we have some new changes starting.

A customer will receive a limited amount of bids when they first sign up. You can set the amount by clicking on "Bid Give Manager" in your back office. Under where it says "Company Bid Pool Status" is a drop down menu to choose from.
The system will continue to give customers more bids over time, as you purchase/repurchase bids, until they've received a total of 1000 sample bids.

Shop4Fun: Eysium, so you ask ZK to mail you the check or from AlertPay? You can cash out through your "Cash Available" (in the blue box of your "Retail Points Pool Report") and through "Commissions/Cash-Out Report" in your back office.
You will be given the choices of purchasing Zeek Sample Bids, paying your premium subscription, receiving a check, or receiving a payment through AlertPay or SolidTrustPay.

You can change things as needed. In fact, they encourage affiliates to change their password often for protection.

"If that seems intimidating to you I recommend seeking a strong lead generation company. No "Pay-Per-Registration" companies can be used but all other 3rd party providers of legitimate leads, traffic and customers are welcome. Zeek cannot provide or endorse any particular company for this purpose however (see the law and article below)."

Sometimes you'll see people mention sites where you can obtain customer leads (such as ZCustomers and RewardsControl). Keep in mind that it is not acceptable for a customer to be paid to sign up for Zeekler. But it is acceptable to pay for a service (3rd party provider) that provides customer leads.

Thank you Annette, you were right they dont appear right away. It seems that now I see my customers in the sponsorship report so no need to buy leads. Should I send them a welcome message or something ?
Unfortunately I will be far from internet for about a week from today so wont be able to post my add

Ella: It seems that now I see my customers in the sponsorship report so no need to buy leads. Should I send them a welcome message or something ? We don't send anything to Zeekler customers (there is no contact info for them). Corporate will send any information they need.
Ella: Unfortunately I will be far from internet for about a week from today so wont be able to post my add It would be a shame for you to miss out on any earnings. Try to find a family member or someone you trust who can place your daily ads for you while you're away. It will only take them a couple minutes each day once you show them how, and you can always change your password when you return.

Elysium
Hi Annette,
Nice to see you once again active on the forum.
I am quite disappointed that my account has been downgraded to free member from silver. My sponsor just sent me an email saying that someone in the Zeek Room said there are 100's of cases like mine or similar, so they are not sure how long it will take to resolve the issue. As of now, even though I've been downgraded and not earnings any cash reward, I continue doing my daily task of submitting the ad so that I do not lose my earnings for each day and will be credited for all lost earnings when the matter is finally resolved.
I've been in ZR since Dec. 2011. In the month of March I received 8 customers from Zeek (Z), practically one each day. In the month of March I had sponsored one PRC and 1 customer, perhaps that was the reason I was given those customers. Or was it a glitch? I don't know.
I was referring to ZCustomers and RewardsControl. I couldn't find the link to provide to Ella. These two companies have been recommended by ZR so I guess it's safe. If I'm not mistaken, these two companies were supplying customers to ZR when their 5cc was in operation.
Regards,
Flo

flo2010: Nice to see you once again active on the forum. I pop in when I can to visit with the Zeek family here.
I understand your being disappointed with the downgrade, I would be too. The recent DDOS attacks hasn't helped matters any. Hopefully they will have things running more smoothly again soon.

If I'm not mistaken, these two companies were supplying customers to ZR when their 5cc was in operation. It was ZCustomers that provided the prospects for the 5cc. RewardsControl is still fairly new. You might want to avoid saying that Zeek recommended these sites, as they cannot endorse any company (see above quote in post #313). But Zeek does allow the use of 3rd party providers with legitimate (non-paid) customers.

Need some advice, has anyone tried marketing for their zeeks opportunity? I am now getting free mlm clicks from http://freetraffic4u.info and I would like to know if anyone had chosen the paid version to get traffic to their site. Please help, any suggestion would help, thanks
