Quoting: kim_ward Chad, I'm not sure if you understand what business is all about. There are no guarantee's in advertising, the key to success is to treat it like a business and not a job.
Good post Kim!

Goodness- it appears my presenting the facts is "ruffling a few of your feathers"... for that I apologize- but my purpose is to share my unique insight- something that is certainly not unique to just me.
Kim- before you make a statement like you have about me not knowing what business is all about it might be good to know my background first.
I have founded 5 different companies in a variety of industries since leaving the banking industry as an executive for 10 years in 1989. We have one company that has made the prestigious Inc 500 fastest growing companies in the US list, a company that received the Better Business Bureau Golden Torch award for our 11 county area for marketplace ethics and excellence in customer service, and we were one of 5 finalists from thousands in U.S., Mexico and Canada for the International Golden Torch Award for BBB. Not to mention our area Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year. (we have many other awards, but I think that is enough to make my point)
No offense to you as it is not my style to personally attack anyone- but I think I might just know a thing or two about what business is all about... and any successful business must be founded on principles of ethics and integrity or it will not last.

Thanks Terri.
Chad, I posted that to help, I do not know you, your background, etc. How could I? I responded to how your post spoke to me, which was someone who did not know that it takes time to see results in advertising, in most cases.
Not sure how RFS differs than anything else in that regard, and I have no idea how much time or money you put in advertising it, so was replying for that reason.
I personally do not think it's a good business practice to guarantee people anything in a business, because it will backfire, always does, and was covering that for all reading the thread.
Anyway, the thread is about GRN, not about RFS or team specific info, shall we leave pitches for that in our sig. files and websites instead?
Cheers,
Kim

Our guarantee is for a limited time - but I assure you it is not backfiring - in fact we are flourishing.
Yes, the title of this forum is about GRN- and it is appropriate for those of us that know the facts to share them with others.
GRN is an excellent product- but not all teams are created equal even within GRN. Again, I prefer to stick to the facts rather than putting others down. By the way- show me where I am pitching anything- I am simple providing factual information.
Sorry if the facts bother you and Terri- but they are what they are...

Wow Chad, I guess I could sit here and brag about my team as well, but not sure if that serves people looking at GRN, and I have another mindset in that, to quote myself... (lol do people do that )
"If you are the prettiest girl in high school, you don't need to go around telling everyone you are, your beauty speaks for itself. It's the one's who don't feel equally as pretty as you that always try and convince others that they are, and are sure to be talking bad about you at the same time."
~ Kim Ward
So, I choose to not to go that route, but if it's working for you, all the best.
Knowing that, I do think Terri's point was valid as well.
Cheers,
Kim

I don't understand the compensation plan. Do you get paid $1000 for every sale in your downline? Even down 6,7,8 levels? How does that work if the product itself only costs $3000?
It sound slike a great business opportunity and I am thinking about joining, but I don't want to walk into it with high expectations than I should.

Chad - I am in Texas too! It is beautiful weather, even at our 8:00 soccer game this morning. Although, I think I would still rather be in Cozumel on the beach! Maybe I'll join GRN and start traveling more!

Hi Stacy, When you are a Gold member $1495 you will receive $500 commission and if you are a Platinum member $2995 you receive $1,000 commission.
Terri
PS I am in Texas as well. Dallas area.

Terry, I'm all for supporting people as well, but it's also no secret that they could join any business with anyone and not get support there too.
If they join RFS, they will have 4 calls a day, including calling leads for you, and the recording training in the back office, so I'm not sure how one can say they would have to fend for themselves.
In a business like GRN, one would not be too smart to not support their team, they would make more money for doing just that, and most people are aware of that.
Cheers,
Kim

Hi Stacy, the comp. plan is called perpetual leverage, and sales come up from other levels when one qualifying sale is passed up.
They are not paying $1000.00 on each sale in your downline. Very common question, and it does take watching the movie a few times to even start to understand it.
But, I just like to explain the personal and first level sales, and leave the rest to the movie. A lot easier!
Cheers,
Kim

Quoting: Curious Hi Kim, Saw your message about the GRN. I want to know more about your site. If I decided to join under you what kind of help would you give me and my downline to succeed __________________ Veronica Santos
Hi Veronica, your post just showed up since you are new.
Did you get my reply email?
I believe in supporting anyone who joins me in a business. In fact, I still support those in a business I do not even promote anymore.
All I ask is that people support the team on a whole, and think that is a good business practice for all.
Cheers,
Kim

team support is crucial. If you do not have assurances from your upline to help with your success, do not invest in this or any other network marketing product.
In my opinion, that takes a one on one discussion over the phone to see if you really have a "fit" in terms of building a business. I know that I feel it would be irresponsible to add someone to my downline without having talked with them personally, unfortunately, there are some systems that will take anyone's money without clearly conveying what they might be investing in and what might be expected of them in terms of commitment. I do not believe anyone should go into a venture with these unknowns.
If you care to explore these issues please do not hesitate to pm me or email me below.
To your success!

GRN is a fantastic product, how do I know? because after years as a travel agent and of offering travel to my clients this is the one they like the most.
Why? Because it is a membership that is affordable and offers beautiful luxury resorts and the convenience of booking online along with customer service.
Our team is customer service and support conscious, whether you are a travel memebrship client or decide you to would love to sell the product you are backed by the best in training and support!
There are fantastic systems and tools in place to assist you along with our team spirit! You are in business for yourself but not BY yourself!
Thank you Have a fantastic day!
Terrie

Agree, Terri it is a wonderful product.
Our team is really focusing on building our businesses deep to maximize profits for all team members. This is a key in this compensation plan. As I was talking with one of my "partners" earlier today- a lot of people talk about going deep- but we are actually committed to doing so and we will reap the results. One key in this is to be able to place a sale of your own into your downline. That makes our approach a VERY powerful approach. We help others to succeed and when we do that with actual sales the power of attraction and empowerment is outstanding!
As Zig Ziglar said years ago- If you help enough other people get where they are trying to go- everything you want and need will come to you! That is what has our team so excited- we are living examples of this core philosophy!
To your success!

Hi Kim,
The 800 conversion system seems a lot like what we're doing as well! What exactly is involved with your 3 in 1? I'd be interested to see if it's the same thing and to see what kind of conversions/results you're seeing from this method!

It is really exciting to bring in a new person into your organization and then be able to help them by giving them a sale (by placing one into their downline!). Building deep into your downline by helping others with a great product and wonderful team support really makes this worthwhile and fulfilling at the same time.

Absolutely Chad....
Helping your downline only helps you in the end.
The name of the game with this comp plan is to "go deep!"
Once you've got a Team with some good depth.... start another Team.
This is where the real leverage is created.
I started in this industry to make money and to help others make money. You can't have one without the other... they go hand in hand.
I'm not saying you should give away the farm... far from it, I don't think anybody that invests $3000 wants to be hand fed...
Pay-It-Forward...Pay-It-Forward...Pay-It-Forward...!
Scott
